Everything was great! Front office staff was the highlight for sure. Very friendly and gave wonderful recs of places to go during our stay.

Cabin looked like online photos. It was clean, plenty of towels, beds were nice.

Very accommodating we came in later than what the office was open so they emailed me the door code and directions to the cabin. Very friendly staff and loved the free parking passes for downtown Gatlinburg.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Check in was great! Simple and great explanation of what to do and directions were simple to follow. A couple of beach towels/bigger towels for wrapping up in when you get out of the hot tub would have been great. The cabin was what we expected/had seen in the pictures. Only downfall we noticed was all the spiders. There were several webs in the corners of the bathrooms/bedrooms and we had about a dozen live spiders we had see. We did understand it was a cabin in the woods so of course we were going to see bugs/critters. But we felt like it was a lot of spiders for being inside when it could have been sprayed to help reduce the number we did have crawling around inside the cabin.

The cabin we stayed in met our needs perfectly. The only down side was the upstairs floor creaked. I'm a little OCD but please clean the upstairs accent windows! Booking the cabin was easy and the staff was very friendly.

The cabin was nice. We got there and tv,wifi,hot tub was not working. Had to call the second day and finally got the TV fixed and he brought us a hotspot for wifi. The hot tub was the reason why we rented the cabin but it was not good. The hot tub was dirty with sticks and sand in it. The lid to the tub should of been thrown out 3 years ago. It was water logged and stunk. The hot tub would not turn on. You can out and changed the water and tested the chemicals it was good. My husband and I went in that night. The next morning it stunk and was cloudy,smelled musty. I called to get it cleaned and was told you only clean it after each stay. So that being said we only used it one time and that is the reason for the cabin. So on that note , we were really upset about that. After giving you over 1200.00 for a stay from Saturday to Friday and only one time we could use the hot tub , no we are not happy about that. My daughter had the cabin beside use and she never got wifi or TV. This was our family vacation. The answer to the next question is yes but make sure everything is working before you pay.

Got a splinter under my thumb nail from the hand rail and there was a nail sticking out from the stairs. The wifi didn't work and the TV downstairs didn't have a signal. We didn't call about it because it was after hours when we discovered it. We stayed out in town most of our stay so the wifi wasn't much of an issue for us. The cabin was nice but someone wrote their names on the beam above the bed upstairs. Overall I would rent again when we return to Gatlinburg for vacation.

Check in was easy and quick. Overall the cabin was good with the exception of the extra pillows for the sofa sleeper need to be replaced. The pillows are stained with what looks like blood and the kitchen drawers haven’t been cleaned in quite some time.

Loved the ease of checking in and out. Cabin was very clean. Beds and pillows slept well. Cost was great. Love the area.

The cabin was very nice and had everything that we needed for our stay. Close to all of the action of downtown Gatlinburg. Parkside Cabin Rentals is our go to when visiting Tennessee. They always are friendly and offer the best service around.

The overall experience was good. Everyone was very polite and accommodating. The only reason why I put 4 stars was because of the cleanliness of the cabin when we arrived. As an owner/operator of a janitorial business, I saw several things that could’ve been better. Dust on blinds, spider webs, buildup around the openings on the washer and dryer, crumbs in the toaster. Just some things to consider when you’re hiring cleaning staff, or contractors.

The cabin was the perfect "home base" for our week long stay in Gatlinburg!

Cabin worked out perfectly for us ‘. We found excellent hiking virtually across the road (321) and multiple restaurants within 5 min so we could avoid downtown & the crowds ! Perfect size for 2 couples!

Hide the glue traps. My kid stepped in one out of curiosity. We threw the trap and his socks away. Toilet downstairs leaks. Nice quiet place.

It was our first experience staying in a cabin and we LOVED it!! It had all the comforts of home and then some. Check in and check out was seamless!! Everyone was friendly and it was one of the best vacations we have taken without the hassle of worrying about loud people next door and comfort was a 10/10!!!🤩

The cabin was enjoyable, the wives complain about the lack of utensils in the kitchen area and cleanliness of the bathroom, overall it was a very good stay. A word of caution couples make sure you get a cabin that has 2 closed door bedrooms , our cabin we mistakenly chose had only one closed-door bedroom and a open loft bedroom for the second. Thanks.

Everything was perfect except for the mattress and mattress cover on the pull out couch was soiled and stained. We only had a two night stay and it was late at night when we discovered this on our first night. We were able to use blankets that we had in the car. and washed the cover.

We have stayed at three of your cabins and have been very well pleased! We will continue to use parkside cabin rentals for our vacations. All cabins are very clean and we feel at home in them. Very nice customer service as well.

Loved the cabin and the check in was super easy. It could have been a little cleaner. The dishes weren't cleaned that well and we kept finding random m&ms in the furniture, but overall it was a great place to stay.

I will never ever stay with any other company. The cabins are super clean and their super wonderful bedding is amazing! It took about 2 minutes to check in and they give you some good free parking and discounts for the attractions in the area. Their mattresses are awesome! I actually slept on a sofa bed and it was amazingly comfortable too!n We actually had a few wasps in our cabin once and they got a maintenance man that came right out and killed them. I absolutely would recommend them to everybody!

The cabin was very clean. The hot tub was ready to use and garbage bags were provided. Trash pick up was quick and simple.

"Hidden Treasure" was an excellent cabin. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. Beds were GREAT! Having a washer/dryer IN the house was a big help. Had enough dishes/pots&pans to cook a nice eat in dinner. Showers were awesome with a really strong water pressure. Only had one small minor issue & it was addressed IMMEDIATELY. Customer service could not have been any better! Will MOST definitely be using Parkside again for our cabin rental needs when on vacation to the Smoky Mountains. Thank you for making our vacation a comfortable one!

The cabin was clean and well stocked as expected! Check in was fine, maybe a little more excitement from the crew but they gave us what we needed and we enjoyed our long weekend in Gatlingburg! No issues with Hidden Treasure at all!

The cabin we usually stay in was unavailable due to the fires, but Parkside made sure we were accommodated in another cabin. Hidden Treasure was a beautiful cabin in a nice, quiet setting. The location was great, close to town and shopping and easy access in and out. Since there was only two of us we used the loft bedroom/bathroom area primarily. It was very nice. The extra large shower is wonderful. The kitchen/living area downstairs are more than adequate and the cabin is supplied with everything you need! Can't wait to get back in July.

Hidden Treasure was a beautiful cabin and very clean. We felt comfortable while staying there...I felt like I was home. The only problem that we had was something totally out of your control. There was a squirrel that played on the roof almost every night. The last night of our stay, I figured out it was a squirrel because after hearing something, I got up and checked. When I opened the blind, there it was hanging on the screen! We scared each other! Just part of our funny memories that we brought home. We will definitely stay with you again! Loved every minute of our stay!

The cabin overall was great. But i was expecting a better view. And a little bigger of a cabin. When the kids were watching tv downstairs we couldn't hear ours upstairs.

Great cabin. It just needs more wash clothes and trash cans in the bathrooms. I didn't like having to carry my bathroom trash to the kitchen.

Hidden Treasure We had a lovely time. We really liked the cabin, but have some suggestions. One roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of TP for 6 adults for several days is NOT enough. Neither is one packet of dish detergent for the machine. You have a bad leak under the kitchen sink. The fireplace, after someone came to look at it, worked for only 20 minutes and then wouldn't light again. But, other than those things, it was a great stay!

We have stayed with Parkside more than a half dozen times, and it seems like there is no concern wether we ever come back. It would be nice to have some specials offered. Or a rewards program. The cabin needed to have been cleaned a little more and there was a bees nest in ground by the door.

We had a couple of issues with the oven and microwave in our cabin and also did not get linens for the couch bed. The microwave is DANGEROUS! The timer is not working correctly and caught a potato on fire that was set to 8 minutes....I unplugged it and we did not continue to use it. Loved the cabin though and the location was great!!

Ever thing was very nice it was real relaxing we really enjoyed the hot tub.

staff as always was great. Very friendly efficient and fun to deal with. have stayed with you all in different cabinets before. This cabin was in some ways a disappointment. Not the location or the overall of the cabin, the maintenance of a cabin. I did tell the staff when we checked out, and they understood they said however this home is owned by a individual that does not like to put money into maintenance and upgrades. There were a couple of issues that I thought were of need because they could be a safety issue such as, the loose floorboards by the master bed king size bed by the railing, the the light diffuser for the long fluorescent tube in the main area where is the diffusing would was coming loose from the master would and it could very soon fall off and possibly hurt someone. Plus knowing that if you didn't shut the door on a shower very good it could end up with water running to the lower floors. I know this is not a reflection on your company, it will not deter us from using you again. we very much enjoy your staff and your accommodations for the most part. This one is an exception. Thank you for having them and thank you for being easy to work with.

Perfect but the timer on the fireplace needs to be digital so it doesn't make noise. The dimmer switch by the upstairs bath doesn't work. You can hear the fan blades scraping metal through the return vent(pretty loud every time the compressed kicks on).
