Always a wonderful experience from check in to check out! The Office staff is always friendly and inviting. The cleanliness of the cabin is always exceptional. They also always arrive promptly to get trashed picked up so it doesn't pile up in the cabin when called. Our favorite Holiday get away👍🏼

Our cabin was perfect. The staff were great. I have stayed here 2 times in a month. 1st visit a bear got in my daughter's car, no damage just muddy feet print. So yes they can open doors. 2nd visit the cabin across from us had a visit from a very big bear. It just walked around and then left. My grandchildren loved the cabin.

cabin had a good location. was mostly clean although the cold air return and fireplace could us some attention. best thing was the bear encounter on the deck one day.

Your staff was very responsive and cordial. Wine glasses were provided unexpectedly when I inquired if they were standard for the cabin. In addition, staff took the time to provide written instructions for the DVD player and repeatedly inquired if anymore could be done.

From the front desk to the condition of the cabin was a plus. We had wildlife everywhere and bears everywhere. Great times!

We loved the cabin. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We forgot to lock the car door, the bears are very smart. During the night a bear opened the car door. No damage at all, just muddy feet print. Grandkids thought it was great.

We initially reserved the Black Bear Lodge and when we arrived and opened the door I instantly smelled musty and mold but tried to deal with it but just after we unloaded our bags, I began to have a full blown allergic reaction. I called the office and they were great and quickly gave us another cabin to try. It was frustrating to load up and go to the Cabin to check it out, then head to ER. Needless to say we didnt get settled until close to midnight but the cabin was cleaner. Im thankful they let us go to another cabin, but not thrilled that a 3 night stay was interrupted by sickness and cost of ER. The young man in the office was quick to get us out of the molded cabin,. Parkside is great, just dont rent the Big bear lodge.

We could not believe how beautiful this cabin was!! The pictures just don’t do it justice. So many amenities perfect for a long weekend: keurig and drip pot, charcoal grill, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. It was a really nice and convenient bonus that we got complimentary parking passes for downtown Gatlinburg right in the heart of downtown where everywhere we passed was $20+. We will absolutely stay here again.

Everything was very nice. Very clean. I Dodd add the parking lot name to the rickets. Sign is very difficult to see.

The check in was easy and convenient. The cabin was immaculate, extra towels provided without asking, anything I needed was already stocked including one load of laundry detergent! It’s the little things!!

Awesome! We stayed in Hidden Dreams. Jeff in the office was fantastic, very helpful and useful information, and had the best food recommendations! Quick trash pick ups. Free parking saved us $100 for the week. Cabin was very close to everything we could need (5 mins from store, 10 mins to downtown Gatlinburg). Dead bugs were everywhere, but kind of to be expected in a cabin. Grill could use a good cleaning. No bear sightings sadly, but maybe next time! Will definitely be booking again ASAP!

We have been staying here for about 5 years now and we won’t go to another cabin rental place. We’ve had minor problems but it’s always fixed and that was just one time! Everything is always great. Love our parkside cabin rentals!!!!

The cabin and location were beautiful. Only negative is the fireplace was not working. We come down from Pennsylvania at least once a year and will definitely stay again.

Consider providing more stronger trash bags - It would also be good if you could figure out a central trash drop off area vs piling the trash up in the kitchen. Also, supply the cabins with a knife block set to prep food with - using the steak knives in the cabin we had was a bit hard.

The best customer service at the desk to check in and, the cabin was very clean. Very affordable and great for the price. We will definitely be staying with parkside rentals when we stay in gatlinburg.

Loved the cabin. The bat in the house was a unwelcome surprise so maybe when you clean you can check for them before new people check in. But help came pretty quick and I didn’t see anymore later. We could have used more towels and trash bags. Loved that we had washer and dryer super helpful!

Good except our cabin was supposed to have jacuzzi tub on upper loft and there was no tub, just a sink with couch

We love staying in your Hidden Dreams cabin. This is our 4th time staying there and we always have a great time.

Upon arrival, we noticed there were no towel hooks in neither of the bathrooms, and the dimmer switch didn't work on the lights above the Jacuzzi tub. Other than that everything was perfect! Loved the location, and the floor plan of the cabin!

We had a wonderful time!! Plenty of towels and shampoos and very clean. We will definitely be staying again!! Loved it. So pleasant.

We had a great time! We have stayed in the Hidden Dreams cabin 3 times now, and love it. Our only negative experience was the glass on the fireplace exploding right after it had shut off after use which scares the xxxx out of us. We were not able to use it until after someone came by to repair it the next day. I did step on a piece of glass, which caused a minor laceration. It did not require medical attention.

We loved our experience with Parkside Cabin Rentals! We will definitely be back. I would love to come and stay longer next time. The house was very comfortable and the bed was so relaxing!

The cabin was great. Close to town, very clean, the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the tub and having two floors made the place even bigger. Totally enjoyed out stay.

We enjoyed the cabin we stayed in. The one recommendation would be to have air freshener in the cabins. When we entered it was very musty smelling. The hot tub was clean and so was the cabin.

The cabin was very nice. Loved the hot-tub, the fireplace and the Jacuzzi tub. I did not like the quality of the towels. I would stay again but I would bring my own towels. There were a couple of issues with the cleaning quality of the shower walls, tubs and hair being left on the sink. Also the Foosball table seemed to be not leveled so I didn't use it in fear of damaging it. I also thought from the pictures it was a full sized table and it was not. The front left eye on the stove was inoperable as well. Other than that everything was great.

Our experience with Parkside Cabon Rental was very satisfying. We did mention that a table would be nice for the porch and when we returned later in the afternoon to our cabin, there was a brand new beautiful table set up on the porch! This is our second year here at the same cabin. We love the accommodations and the view. We also love how quiet it is. We know there are other cabins nearby, but it feels like we are out away from everyone.

We had a great time the Cabin was great. If I could make one suggestion it would be to put a step outside going of the porch. That was a little steep. The stay was great though and we will stay with you again in the future.

All was well and enjoyable, However, when we notified the office about the Hot Tub being low on water no one came to fill the tub. No big problem but that could damage the pump if not fully filled.

Our only negative comment concerns the cleanliness of the cabin. Dusty, floors not clean, bulbs missing or not working, and jets in the jacuzzi were dirty. Parkside Cabins is a great business and they aim to please, no problems with them, just need better house-keeping.

I was very pleased with the ease of the check in process. We have only stayed in hotels during our trips to Gatlinburg, this was the first time we rented a cabin. I was pleasantly surprised with the packet of information and coupons we received at check in. We have been to Gatlinburg multiple times and have never received this much info on the area. The cabin itself could use some updates and the showers weren't as clean as I would like. But overall everything was great.

Very nice cabin. You made our stay very pleasant. Just wished the bed was a little softer. You guy's did great in getting us extra mattress pads and they helped alot. Will see you again in January.
