Greenbrier Haven

We loved the cabin but had a lot of trouble with the door lock. Very hard to get the code and bolt lock to work. My husband finally got the hang of it but it really needs replaced. The bolt lock just spins. Also need the outdoor light bulbs changed. Very dark when you come back to the cabin after dark. And then maybe just some board games. We would still return to this cabin but just a few things that we think need to be addressed.

Great. Everything was smooth and hassle free. Will definitely use y’all next time!

The place was secluded, clean, quiet. We really had a great time staying in the cabin but the employees of Parkside were the superstars they let us through everything we needed from talking on the phone to make the reservation to picking up my oxygen machine that was delivered there for me directions to things we wanted to go see they were just awesome and we will be booking with Parkside again thank you so much.

It was a clean and fun environment for my family, we got an upgrade due to unforeseen circumstances with the first cabin we booked and I appreciate how the situation was handled

We have stayed with parkside a lot, we have stayed in this cabin twice over the years. We like the location, the cabin does need some maintenance, the pull out couch has no blankets and the mattress needs to be replace. The tiles in the walk in shower are loose on the floor.

Liked the cabin but did notice a few things that need attention: Greenbrier Haven Cabin: Dishwasher bottom access cover is missing, no hair dryer, no working can opener, no wine glasses, lot of the clear plastic glasses need replaced, no deadbolt on front door, door not very secure, front door dragging on floor when opening and closing, right side of chimney up by deer head you can see light coming in from the outside, some of the window blinds won’t open or close properly, some of the pots and pans are old and need to be replaced, plastic cutting board is warped, needs to be replaced, no colander to strain pasta, oven baking pans need to be replaced, bathroom toilet handle in main living area won’t release, have to keep jiggling it or it will run continuously, master bathroom vanity bottom cabinet doors on both sides loose.

Great service. Cabin was perfect for us but mold needs to removed from the master shower ceiling and handle is broken on the dryer.

Booking and check-in were easy. Jeff assisted me with check-in and he was very friendly and shared recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The cabin was nice and clean. Cookware was pretty limited. Overall we enjoyed the cabin. Loved having a screened in porch and there was lots of outdoor seating.

We stayed at Greenbrier Haven. The cabin was located at the end of a driveway and very private. Parkside offered the best price on cabin rentals. that we'd found. Rental had all the space we needed. Office staff were great. We had no major issues during our 3 night stay.

Great cabin clean and spacious. We will return for sure.

Overall, it was okay for a short stay. Some of the concerns we had were mold and other peoples hair in the master shower, lack of water pressure in the showers, and access to the game area was weird because it had outside access.

Great. This is second time with Parkside. Will return next year.

We loved our experience with Parkside Cabin Rentals. When we arrived at the check in office, we were greeted promptly and with a smile. The gentleman working the desk was so friendly and helpful. Our packet with directions and coupons was available as soon as we walked in. He took his time and recommended several places around the area for dining, and other things to do that we were interested in. Included in our packet was driving directions to our cabin along with clear directions for check out. We arrived at the cabin and we were so happy with it. It was at the end of a dead end road and so very peaceful. Our cabin was clean and stocked very adequately. The hot tub was excellent at the end of the evening. We so enjoyed it. I would most certainly book with Parkside Cabin Rentals. The process was so easy.

While we enjoyed our stay and our transactions with Parkside were great, I can't say we feel the same about a few things at the cabin we rented. While we aren't ones to usually complain, I feel it's only fair that others know of the mold in the bathroom shower that has an odor and is getting pretty bad, the awful musty smell of the hot tub that renders it unusable, the rattle of the fridge fan that never stops, the broken toilet handle (i have pics) and the huge bees that have burrowed holes in the wood trim above the screen porch door on the deck...they will dive at you! We appreciated how clean the cabin was and despite the issues, we were able to relax and enjoy our trip to the area. We are currently planning and will be back again in August, but I can't say we will see Greenbrier Haven again. While we didn't call the inform anyone during our trip, we feel like others should be given the true condition of this dated cabin before spending their money on things that aren't functioning properly. Take care.

Great place to stay!! Everything was as described and we will be back!

Beautiful place and great hidden location! The 1st floor could be better... Had a very dirty and stained pool table, TV not working in the room. It could use a new pool table, a couch, working TV, and even a bar to make it outstanding!😁 The kitchen could use better pans that wouldn't make every food I cooked on it stuck horribly even with a lot of butter and spray! The drawers were pretty dirty, the can opener was broken, and the knives were ragged and broken in parts. Those things could definitely be an easy upgrade though. It's little things here and there but just needs a bit more love in the overlooked areas. It was a great an easy check in and check out! We would most definitely stay here again.

From the warm welcome at the check in building to the cabin itself, everything was perfect. We had a blast and cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Check out was very easy too which made us like this place more than an airbnb! Thanks for everything!

We all had a great thanksgiving get away together. The cabin was nice, and the space was good for us. Here are a few things I would recommend adding to the cabin but still would not keep us from staying in it again. Muffin pan, bigger cookie sheets, measuring cup, can opener that works well, and leaving enough dish soap for dishes when guess are staying multiple days. Also, would recommend that your guess be able to check in at the physical cabin and not at your office. The traffic is not something I personally like to travel in, and it would have made the experience for me better to simply go straight to the cabin. Again, over all we would stay with you again as well as stay in the same cabin.

Loved the cabin. Very well supplied. Kitchen could use an oven mitt/hot pad or 2. The bridge being out wasn’t very convenient but that couldn’t be helped. Will definitely stay again.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience for my birthday and the cabin was supplied with everything we needed. There was great customer service and the check-in process was easy. We had an amazing time and we are looking forward to returning again!

The entire experience was fantastic from check in all the way to check out. The only issue was that there is some mold in the bedroom shower on the ceiling, thick dust multiple places (on top of tvs, under the beds, some of the bookshelves). Nothing that would deter us from staying again. As someone who is in the custodial field I understand time constraints on getting everything ready for the next guest. Definitely would like to come again and stay again in the same cabin. Thanks for the great experience!

The cabin we stayed in was great! It would've been easier to get to had the bridge over one road been open, but it was a good experience. The only complaint I have is there wasn't enough silverware; no eating spoons at all--just serving ones. Ice cream is hard to eat with a fork! <wink>

You need more then 1 trash bag in the kitchen for 4 day stay

Only negative we have is the water pressure wasn’t great and the bed/pillows weren’t too comfy but everything else was perfect and we will be back!

Customer service was excellent. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The bed in the master was super comfy. Loved the master shower, the fireplace and the hot tub! It does need some oven mitts or potholders. Also, the couch is so NOT a comfortable place to sit for very long. We loved the seclusion of the cabin, but it was an inconvenience that the bridge was out (not your fault!)

Friendly check in. Advice of local places. Cabin was clean when call for trash pick up they were out very quickly.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! Perfect place had everything we needed but might suggest oven mits as something you include in the cabin.

The cabin was perfect for a weekend in the mountains.

Loved the cabin…it was cleaned and perfect for my little family.. just a few minor things the toilet in the bottom floor bathroom has an issue with continuous running….the ceiling fan in the bottom room is knocking and the games available could be updated…the puzzles were missing pieces and all mixed up…other than that Parkside customer service is always great and we love renting from them!

Greenbriar Haven. Cabin, location were great. Wood burn fireplace inside was our fave. Big fireplace. View was ok. Lots of firewood was provided, helped a lot. Cable in living room, ice maker had problems. Game room could be better.

Check in was fairly easy, but it would have been more convenient to be given code for entry and info for cabin by email or text. We were concerned if we would get to the office before closing because of traffic delays. We liked having the parking passes. It would have been better if the cabin had blankets and hangers or to know they were not supplied. Cabin was very clean. From past rentals, we found a little odd that clean dishes to be put away. We were just use to starting dishwasher on our departire.

Enjoyed our stay as always! Cabin was nice and peaceful!

Everything was great! We didn’t want to leave the cabin the whole time we stayed in Gatlinburg! So we did our grocery shopping at Food City which was an amazing market!

Before coming to the cabin I did have some concerns after reading some reviews of other cabins having cleanliness issues. I can say that my expectations were blown away and that I was very happy with all the amenities.

Check in was easy and the cabin was gorgeous. The cabin was way more secluded then we thought it would be.

The cabin was great! We had the best vacation. Only complaints, the indoor fireplace didnt work, couldn't figure out the flute and smoke just came in cabin. Maitnence did come out, however never told us if it had been fixed in order to use? Also, the bathrooms could use a good deep cleaning. Toilet bowls were visibly dirty as well as vanity which had toothpaste dribble from previous guests all down the vanity doors. Whole cabin could use a good dusting. Overall, we had a great experience.

Everyone was very accommodating to our schedule and overall super helpful. Our cabin was adorable.

Cabin was nice. Refrigerator went out the first night we were there. When we called the non emergency/emergency numbers that were given to us they went straight to voicemail. Eventually we got in touch with someone and they handled it. By the time we got back from the days adventures it was fixed. Other than that all was well.

Professional, polite and responsive staff. Extremely accommodating! Greenbrier Haven was clean and beautiful. It was MORE than we were hoping for! The inside of the cabin is as beautiful as the online pictures show. The beds are quite comfortable. The furniture inside and on the porch is high quality, cabin themed, and comfortable. The washer and dryer are super capacity HE. The outside is more secluded than we expected which was a huge plus! The creek within walking distance was another huge plus! The corn hole game was as well! The stone patio in front of the cabin was well lit at night for hours of corn hole fun. The driveway had plenty of parking for our four vehicles. The hot tub, back deck, screened in porch, fire pit, and HUGE driveway were all just wonderful for our family of eight arriving in four different vehicles. I really was not ready to leave.

The stay was excellent. My kids absolutely loved the cabin. The hot tub was nice and warm when we got there, we had everything we could have possibly needed for a weekend stay. The cabin was in a great location and was very private. When I checked in, everything was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions, which I did not because they took care of it all. I will definitely book with Parkside the next time I'm in Gatlinburg. I may even choose this specific cabin again - it was gorgeous.

Loved this cabin. We haved stayed with Parkside many times but this was our favorite by far. We will be returning. Everything was up to date and the screened in porch was the best part of the whole cabin.

We loved that we didn't have to go way up the mountain but we still had lots of privacy.

Extremely well. Very friendly, the only thing e's didn't have were extra garbage bags but as made it with using one.

We loved our stay and were impressed with the upkeep and quality of the cabin. We were particularly impressed with the speedy and easy response to our comment about some of the external light bulbs being out. Maintenance replaced the bulbs (and a whole fixture that was bad) before we got back to the cabin that afternoon.

every thing was great except air was set on 60 degrees. the maintenance man came turned the furnace on and it dryed up all the water,the tv was even dripping with water.Door to patio would not open. Towel rack was just hanging on wall in bath room.Other than these things we enjoyed our stay

We booked our cabin for our honeymoon and it was everything we expected! We were very pleased with how clean the cabin was and how comfortable the bed was. You are about 20 minutes away from Gatlinburg but its an easy drive!

We were treated very well! Our first cabin was not as presented on website. When we requested to be moved, we were placed in an awesome cabin. We enjoyed our stay! The office staff (ladies) were very nice and helpful.

First, the check-in process was was a breeze, fast, efficient and friendly. My wife and I were provided an information packet with discount coupons, directions and instructions for our speedy and easy check-out. Now it was RELAX time! Our cabin was located in Greenbriar, approximately 6 miles from Gatlinburg, just past the arts community and Pitman Center, which is where we wanted to be. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a huge deck overlooking a serene and peaceful outdoor environment. In the middle of the deck, a wonderful hot tub already turned on and heated, just waiting for our enjoyment. The surroundings were perfect, just what we wanted for our relaxing weekend! The cabin, oh man what a gem! Everything was spot on, perfect! The furnishings, the entire cabin was orderly, CLEAN, comfortable and had that perfect mountain cabin atmosphere! The area was quiet and peaceful with quaint mountain roads for long walks. After a long walk we were able to soak in the nice hot tub then enjoy a nice fire in a real wood fireplace! The bed was so comfortable we slept way past our normal time. The drive into Gatlinburg was easy and very enjoyable. Parkside Cabin Rentals truly has "the cabin rental experience" down to a science. What a great experience! Thank you team Parkside!!

The staff was very pleasant & made check in very easy. Giving us a packet including 1-complimentary ticket to the aquarium for $1.00 with free parking.. and other coupons; emergency hospital care directions if needed, also all check out instructions. We arrived to the cabin after dark and the cabin , had lights on for us !! It was extremely nice!! We will be using Parkside again..

The cabin was so clean and comfortable! It was in a great location and for the first time everything was exactly like I had seen on the website when I booked it. Check-in and our was a breeze as well. We will definitely be returning to Parkside Cabin Rentals in the future!

The check in procedure was very fast and easy. The cabin was PERFECT! Everything needed was provided, dishes, pots and pans, silverware, even a crockpot and food processor. We can not wait to come back next year.

Very spot on with how the cabin was described. Check-in was quick and we were on our way in no time. Loved the key code locks on the cabin, if all cabins do not have them, they should.

Great experience from start to finish. First, the staff was very professional and courteous from answering any of our questions prior to our stay to the very efficient check in procedures. When we had a small A/C issue, I called and A Parkside Cabins employee, Mr JJ, was there in less than 30 minutes and fixed the problem immediately. The cabin was wonderful! My boys LOVED staying in the loft. The beds were were more comfortable than any hotel I've stayed in. The cabin was so clean and spotless. I loved how the linens were displayed like in a hotel. The check-out procedure was also easy. I highly recommend booking with Parkside and will choose Parkside for future bookings! When I asked my 2 boys what was the best part of our trip, they said, "The cabin!" That says it all!

Loved the house. It was clean, well organized and had all the amenities we needed. Added surprise was the refrigerator with filtered water so we knew it was safe to drink.

The places was clean and well supplied. It was like walking into home away from home. The kids loved it and so did we.

Check-in went very well. We didn't show up til 8:30 p.m., and the lady at the office was very nice and helpful. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed it all very much. The only negative I have (and it is a very small one), is that when I had set the reservation up in early April, I had asked the customer service rep on the phone a few questions about our stay, things like: do we need to bring dishes, pillows, sheets, paper products, etc. He said we didn't need to bring any of that. I then asked if it had a fireplace and grill. He said it had both, and so I asked if we need to bring anything to get them going, and he said no. So, I did not bring any matches or charcoal, and when we got here, we realized that we did need charcoal and matches, which I had to go out and buy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I really liked not having to carry keys around to open up the cabin. I would definitely like to bring my whole family down here, and I will be recommending your company to anyone I know that travels to Gatlinburg.
