This cozy 1-bedroom cabin puts you approximately ¾ mile from downtown Gatlinburg, right beside Ripley’s Davy Crockett Mini-Golf and along the Gatlinburg trolley route.
Spend the day exploring downtown, visiting attractions, hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, or making the short trip toward Pigeon Forge. When you're ready to relax, come home to your own cabin and unwind in the covered private hot tub on the spacious front porch.
Inside you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, comfortable living area with sleeper sofa, TVs, WiFi, and a full kitchen—everything you need for a convenient Smoky Mountain getaway for up to four guests.
A note about the location: Davy Crockett is intentionally located in the hustle of it all. This is not a secluded or quiet mountain cabin. You'll be close to the highway, mini-golf, businesses, attractions, and other activity, so road and area noise can be heard from the cabin, including at night. If you're looking for complete mountain silence, this probably isn't the right cabin for you. If you value easy access, convenience, and being close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer, you've found a great home base.

This is our second stay with Parkside and we have truly enjoyed it. The cabin was small and quaint but perfect for just us two. The staff is super friendly. The coupons for activities and parking are definitely helpful!

Towels are too rough and the toilet is too short for use. Toilet may need to be replaced with a better one.

Enjoyed the cabin. Jacuzzi and toilet acted a little weird, but were functional for our stay overall. I would definitely book with you again, but maybe not that cabin because of the location to the road. Overall 10/10

Check in was awesome and effortless! The staff was extremely friendly and customer service was amazing! The only downfall was the location. We did not sleep well at all for the 6 nights we were there due to being on a busy street and dump trucks emptying dumpsters in the middle of the night. I mist likely would not have rented this cabin if I had been made aware of the these things.

The cabin was nice love the location. The only thing I would change would be the showerhead. It was terrible. Could have been a little cleaner behind the bed was very dusty. The bed cover had blood stains on it, and there was hair all over the head of the bed on the bed cover.

Can't beat the cabin for it's convenience and price. As warned on the front end it was a bit loud with the garbage truck at 145 each morning. All in all great value.

We had a good experience but wish the cabin was a little cleaner when arriving. Doesn’t seem like it was swept or vacuumed from the prior guests. We had an enjoyable stay and would rent from again. One minor complaint is the all the bright lights from the internet equipment right in front of the bed.

well the staff was great and had no problems at all with checking in or checking out-the property is somewhat outdated and the shower needs updated too. The area is very active with the miniature golf outside the door and the highway right outside the bedroom window.

We had a great stay. I only had a few complaints. One was that there were not enough dishes and silverware for our family even though it is advertised to sleep 4. There were only 3 plates and 3 forks. It is not a secluded, quiet cabin like I thought.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to eat,ect. The cabin was very comfortable and located close to everything yet private enough to feel away. We were on our honeymoon but look forward to utilize the same company for future family vacations. Great price as well!

We weren’t expecting the location of the cabin to be so close to a parking lot of the mini golf, but once we settled in we realized we loved the location. It was very close to downtown Gatlinburg and a quick drive to Pigeon Forge. Little noisy and the cabin where it sits almost looks like it used to be the office. Especially given the amount of lighting setup on the porch. Either way we enjoyed the stay.

Always a great stay at Parkside . Juan went above and beyond on our arrival day . Water pressure was low and taking awhile for hot tub to fill . He stayed late that day and made sure all was good .

The cabin needs dusting, cob webs on the ceiling and in the corners. The bathroom sink was putting off a sewage smell. The hardwood floors were very slick. Water pressure, especially in the shower, very weak.

There were 2 things I felt needed to be addressed. I told her at the front desk, but will here too. You can't shut the bedroom door -it won't go past the bed and you can't move the bed over to get it shut. The other thing is how slick the floors are. The boys slid a couple of times (they're fine boys will be boys and like to run lol) but I had to make sure to walk slow because I slipped a few times. I just wanted to let you know because you know there are some people that can be "sue happy" and look for ways to get something over on someone. Other than that everything was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay and help make our first family vacation one of the best!

The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. My husband and I enjoyed the proximity to downtown Gatlinburg while still being able to have the privacy of our own cabin. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

We were very happy with the customer service and the cleanliness of our cabin. The only complaint is the location was right by the street and cars could be heard speeding by all night. We will use Parkside Cabin Rentals again, but next time we will choose another location.

Service was prompt, efficient, and friendly. There was an issue where the connection to the Direct TV was severed by a lawnmower, but it was fixed promptly. I will happily return to the cabin in November.
