Creekview

We loved our stay at the Creekside Cabin this past week. You have friendly, knowledgeable staff and clean cabins. A few suggestions for the Creekside would be additional lighting at the parking area for the cabin, the porch lights only reach so fair to the parking area and some trees block the light. It would also be nice to string/hang lights around the pavilion out back. We loved our stay and the area and will definitely recommend and utilize your cabins again!

The stay was wonderful. Renting with Parkside is convenient and the staff is friendly.

We really liked the cabin. It was clean and spatial. We appreciate that there were all the cooking and eating utensils we needed. The deck and backyard area are great. We will definitely seek to return.

Everything was great, we got to stay at the cabin more this time with my husband not feeling well. It was a relaxing stay. Wished we could of seen a bear at the cabin like we did in July.

The cabin was just as described and the check in process was smooth. Being by the creek was great for us to see wildlife. We saw a bear in the backyard the first morning.

Parkside Cabin Rentals was very responsive. Would have preferred having a bear proof place to put the garbage daily.

Cabin was nice. Loved waking up to hear the birds outdoors. Best part was the bear visiting the cabin area on Friday afternoon. Seating out under the gazebo listening to the water run through the creek. We will definitely be back.

Everything was as described and expected. We loved outside area and creek. A bear was inthe yard of house up stream. It crossed the creek and went up the mountain. The boys were in the creek and were so excited to see the bear. It acted as if we were not there.

The property was great, but it would have been nice to have a few additional standard items in the cabin when staying for a week such as a broom and a sponge to help keep things tidy. Also providing coffee filters for the coffee pot. This is our second time staying with Parkside and this time felt more bare bones and the cabin was not as clean.

2nd time I’ve stayed with you in last 3 years. Cabinets was nice. Could use a good cleaning but over all a pleasant stay.

Cabin met our needs for two couples. The back porch and river was beautiful.

The cabin was nice and we loved the deck. We do wish it had been closer to town, which was no ones fault as the listing did say 10 miles but I did not realize speed limits hampering drive time.

We loved the cabin had great amenities. Beds were comfy. Bathroom in bedroom with fireplace the chain kept breaking on the toliet, should be addressed.

We love staying with Parkside. Smooth and easy bookings. Employees are always so pleasant and helpful and cabins are comfortable and perfect.

The cabin was nice and clean. It would've been nice to have had more towels, as we had to wash towels every night. The back porch was one of our favorite places to sit and listen to the creek.

The cabin and property were beautiful! Additionally, the staff in the office were very friendly and helpful! Would love to stay again and will definitely tell others about this place! Booking was a little tricky for me but when I called the gentleman even asked if I qualified for discounts! He took care of me on the phone and got everything set very quickly! We had a couple issues. Nothing that we didn't adjust to. The refrigerator stopped working. There was a puddle of water across to the dining room table. Someone was out within an hr to check it out. It did leak one more time but somehow started working again. The ac unit outside has a very distinct high pitch noise. It took me a few days to adjust. I asked the men that stopped by. The first man said it was the neighbors diesel generator. The guys the next morning actually walked with me. Said it was the ac unit. They would have to look at it. Cabin could've been a little cleaner. Looks like a lot is glossed over. I can understand because it sits right in the middle of the woods. Just a heads up. Again, nothing that would prevent us from staying again. The location was beautiful and secluded. The grounds well kept. The staff was top notch. Loved the additional coupons for parking downtown! See you soon!

Cabin had everything we needed for a fun fee days break from reality in the mountains. Close to town, clean, and one of the best nights sleep we can remember. We loved thr creekside cabin as the sound of running water was so peaceful. Thank you for a great few days!

Great! The wifi wasn't working on the first day and they were gonna send someone out immediately! I told them to come next day and they ended up troubleshooting it over the phone! Definitely will be coming back!

Loved the cabin! Pictures made it look a little bigger but absolutely loved the lay out! Only thing i would complain about was not leaving extra trash bag only had one!!

Location was quiet and peaceful. The creek was was amazing! No major issues except for low water pressure and lack of hot water. We had 4 adults in our party and had to time our showers every couple of hours due to no hot water.

It was amazing my grandkids didn’t want to go home!!

Check was a breeze and even communication before we arrived was exceptional 😀 Cabin was gorgeous and we loved it because of the simplicity of it. Very close to everything but far enough away to relax.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for a nice, quiet setting outside of the craziness of Gatlinburg. :). Enjoyed the stream behind the cabin and the hot tub. Beds were super comfy. We were missing bedding for the sofa bed, and someone ran it out to us at 10 pm, which was great service. Thank you!

Geoff/Mechelle were excellent. Good conversations, excellent service with through support and compassion. They also provided good insight into local happenings. Cabin could have been cleaner, needs a complete dusting especially in bedrooms. Most flat surfaces in bedrooms were dusty ie headboards, outlet covers, nightstands etc. Additional through mopping in kitchen and other common areas would also be welcome, floors were sticky in several places. Arrived to a bBroken floor board but we avoided it so adding to this note as an fyi only.

Cabin was pretty nice and clean except for a few nafus like a clogged drain. Team was responsive to ensure trash pickup, Location was hood for us even though it wasn't central Gatlinburg.

Everything was good the hot water could have been hotter but other than that it was great the beds were comfy and I'm coming back with my grandkids and daughter in about 3 weeks and staying in one of your cabins

Easy check in. Cabin was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a small draft through the cabin from windows and doors. That was partly because of the very low temps we had during our stay. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We loved our stay as usual with parkside! The cabin was great! It could use a very deep clean, but with how business is I’m sure there’s not much time. Our ONLY problem was there was no bear proof trash can so we had to pick up trash a couple times when we got back to our cabin In the afternoons.

Called about a leak in the ceiling in the master bedroom and water came from the refrigerator too. Delivery of towels that wasn’t requested. Overall enjoyable.

Our cabin was good but the problem that I have is we have been staying with yal for years . This year recommended family t join us some coming from Oklahoma and Indiana and the cabin they had there was issues and have been waiting t c if yal would compensate for those issues. The only thing I find with the cabins we stay in they need deep cleaning like dusting and spider webs cleaned. We do pay a cleaning fee.

The cabin was clean and well taken care of. The pictures on your site made the backyard look bigger than it actually was and that was disappointing since we had our dogs.

Beautiful location, lots of privacy , cabin set up with the rear deck , fire pit area and cabin layout was excellent !

My only complaint as it always is, is the cleanliness. That comment applies both inside and out. Our dog was fixated on what was underneath the couch only to find out it was dry dog food kernels. Our dog eats canned so it wasn’t from her. The windows need a good cleaning. The front walk could have been blown off after they cut the lawn so grass clippings weren’t dragged in. The back deck furniture was cover in pollen and saw dust from the bees.

The cabin was great as usual, just had one fireplace inoperable, and got locked out of cabin, due to lock battery going bad. A little bit of a wait in the cold for the serviceman to come change battery.

Fireplace in bedroom didn’t work. Loved everything else. It was clean and very cozy.

We have stayed with Parkside many times. The staff is always very friendly. We hate that the prices continue to increase - it impacts the number of visits we can make in a year. The cabin needs TLC. Rotting wood in a few places , soft shower floors etc. all that being said we will be back

Creekside is a wonderful place to stay! The cabin was cleaned very well. There was plenty of plates and cook ware but cups and silverware need to be replaced/added to as there wasn’t enough for even a party of 6. Also no coffee mugs or potholders. The bedding and towels were bright white and no stains! The beds and pillows were comfortable (not sure about sofa bed as we didn’t use it). Although everyone could not sit at one table there were 3 different sets of tables and chairs plus the couch and love seat so there is ample seating. The hot tub was very clean and very much enjoyed by everyone! Parking really only has space for 2 cars but it’s at a dead end so you can park in the road a little too. Porches front and back were amazing. Although we mostly sat in the back so we could enjoy the creek sounds and view. The pavilion with the fire pit, pool table, and tv wis a big hit with everyone young and old! (The pool table is not completely level for those that are competitive but my entire family still enjoyed it) Mosquitoes were hit and miss. Some days they were terrible and others there were none. Talking about bugs there were none that we seen in the cabin besides the occasional one that made it in the door when opened! We were very surprised at the size of the cabin Because it doesn’t look very big in the pictures but the cabin is quite large! Now I saved the best for last, the creek was the main reason we chose this cabin (so the children could have a good time without having to run constantly). No matter if you are on the back porch, the pavilion, or in the yard you still have a view of the creek so we could let the kids play and still enjoy adult time! Everyone ages 66 through age 6 had a blast in the creek as it was easy to access and not too deep in most places! We all 100% loved our stay and when we come again we plan to book with Parkside for the 3rd time!!!

Nice cabin in a beautiful serene location, yet not far from downtown. The cabin was clean and well equipped. All appliances were. In good working condition.

The cabin was very nice and clean for the most part. window blinds were very dusty. There was an odor, fish or cat urine not sure. Odor from plugin deodorizers perhaps was the issue. We're not fans. That said the stream was relaxing. We laughed all morning - every morning at the Roster next door. All in all we had a good stay. We will try to reserve earlier next time because although Creek View was enchanting it was farther out than we expected or desire. We would reamend this cabin to anyone who embraced a 24 mile round trip to the park or Gatlinburg.

Fabulous time!!! It was perfect but it needed pot holders and rubber spatula everything else very well stocked hoping to come back in future

This was our 5th stay at one of your cabins and as always it was awesome! I refer people to you all the time especially Facebook friends who see our pictures and want to know who we rented from. I wouldn’t use anyone else. In fact I’m planning our next trip in April now. We’re thinking about “Riverside” but not sure yet. Now, a couple of things about “Creekview”. A cabin that sleeps six should have a table that seats six, and more than 5 forks. Also the screen door on the rear porch is in bad need of repair. We often have a “newbie” or guest with us and we brag about how nice the cabins are. It’s was unfortunate to find the screen door looking so shabby. I wouldn’t say this on a public review because it’s rare to have anything to complain about. I just want to point it out. I understand that your cleaning staff is not responsible for dirty or missing silverware but perhaps a checklist of basic items would be helpful. A quick walk around the cabin to check for damaged screen doors, hundreds of cigarette butts scattered below the porch (left by some real assholes I’m sure), firewood supply etc. is another suggestion. A light near the firewood shed would be nice too. Very dark if you have to walk to your car. All things being said, I plan on renting from you next April and October for sure and hopefully one more weekend snuck in for me and my lady alone! (There are usually 6-8 of us!) I just wanted to bring these things to your attention constructive way. Thanks and see you soon!

The cabin was awesome! It was equipped with everything that we needed for our vacation. I loved that the fire pit was covered and it had the outside pool table and tv. Loved the fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back. thank you!

Had a wonderful time in Gatlinburg! The cabin was a little out of the way, added about 15 minutes to our commute, but was WELL worth it. The views were gorgeous, the cabin was beautiful, and the staff was so nice! I will definitely be staying with them again in the future! Thanks for making my vacation so wonderful!

Everything was wonderful. Just a few things. An extra mirror in the guest bedroom would be nice. There is only 1 in the bathroom. And a larger TV in the living room would be nice.

The experience me and my family shares was awesome everything was perfect we hated to leave.

Overall it was a wonderful stay! The cabin was well stocked with essentials, the trash picked up promptly, and the beds were comfortable. The dining table is rather small for a cabin that sleeps six since it only accommodates four people. Fortunately, our granddaughter is still using a high chair so this wasn't a problem for us. Loved the location although based upon the map it appeared more secluded. Never heard from our neighbors except for the rooster next door LOL The cabin could use a more thorough cleaning, ie. windows, remove cigarette butts from outdoors (really offensive to nonsmokers, and our grandson was playing in the yard a lot), clean under the furniture occasionally (found someone else's water bottle), the oven racks need attention, etc. We found someone's diabetes testing kit under the basin in one bathroom . . . but we were "camping" so overall the cleanliness of the cabin was acceptable. We would definitely rent again! The fire pit was a big hit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows.

We definitely had a great week staying at Creekview. It's an awesome cabin and check-in went very smoothly. We will definitely be back again.

The cabin and all its amenities were great, It would really be even better having about four rocking chairs on the back porch. We will be coming back.

We had a blast at Creekside Cabin. We have stayed with Parkside Cabin Rentals many times, however this was the first cabin without a mountain view but had a creek view. We loved it. The cabin was perfect for 2 couples. Parkside Cabin Rentals never disappoints!

We had a great Easter Holiday in the Creekview cabin. It was our first time using Parkside, and we were well pleased. Everything was like seen on the website, very clean, and supplied with necessities needed for our stay. My family of 6 was very happy with our stay.

The cabin was well equipped and comfortable. There were a few dust bunnies but overall everything was clean.

Our stay was wonderful the cabin was nice and clean and when there was a problem it was fixed quickly.

As always we had everything we needed and it was clean. No problems with anything in the cabin although I do suggest more light for outside because coming in at night is really dark

The cabin was very nice and we loved the location! The layout was great for a group of friends and the creek made for the perfect relaxing trip. However, the fireplace in the living room did not work and one of the locks on the back door didn't work.

The staff was professional, the contract and other written materials were clear and to-the-point, and maintenance staff responded very quickly the one time we called to report a minor issue. The cabin's location was great - quiet and easy to find. And no steep roads. As for the cabin itself, it was spacious and well appointed. The bed linens and towels were very nice. The kitchen was clean, and the cookware and appliances were up to date.. The deck and gazebo were great. Sitting outside by the stream was very relaxing. And the dry season and resulting low water level allowed for wading and rock-hopping.

Enjoyed the cabin,comfortable beds,nice kitchen, fire pit and deck area was great. The "creek view" was a little disappointing, it wasn't really as pictured. Overall it was a great weekend.

The cabin was well stocked with all necessities. We had a TV problem on the first day but it was addressed within 15 minutes. The cabin was very quiet and secluded with wonderful landscape and outdoor security lighting, making it feel very safe. We would definitely return to Parkside Cabin Rentals.

It was very nice but the amenities were a bit lacking. There were no tissues in Creekview or hair conditioner. There were no coasters even though all the furniture is wood. I'm no sure why the screen door was removed from the porch as that would have been a nice place to sit. The linens were subpar. Why were the sheets so short? Pillows are not very comfortable.

It was clean and well furnished and plenty of apace for 6 people.

Cabin was exceptionally clean. Only draw back was we had to rent a 2 bedroom to get a king sized bed and washer and dryer.

My only concerns were some dishes were dirty, not enough toliet tissue I had to buy more and the sheets did not look fresh; however I just simply put the second set on. Everything was lovely.

As usual, for the past 10 years, our stay with Parkside was great. The cabin was in need of serious remodeling but we enjoyed the privacy and tranquility of this remote cabin. We'll come back.

The Cabin and location was perfect. The best cabin We've ever stayed in, in the Smokey's Loved everything about it. Clean, well furnished, peaceful, beautiful scenery and your staff was very helpful and friendly

The beds were very comfortable. Loved that. I however did notice some of the lights needed new bulbs,no big deal there. My biggest concern was the dizziness and headaches I experienced. I think you should have the place inspected for possible leaks for carbon monoxide poisoning. My son had no headache, but also experienced headache. The one fireplace still had the tag on it,should be removed. Other than that the place was very nice.

The cabin was great. The location is a bit to far from town and watch the speed limit on that road. We had a few minor problems that were addressed within a matter of minutes. Great Job! Only recommendation is that you spray for spiders more often found big ones and one that came down from the ceiling over the bed. Yikes

Cabin was perfect! Only problem we had was starting a fire in the fire pit we couldn't get the wood to catch, and couldn't figure out fireplace.

We stayed at the Creekside cabin. The cabin was very nice and clean. The cabin was easy to get to and had a great flat yard if you bring your dog. I personally enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and looking out and listening to the creek. The cabin has a separate pavilion with a pool table and very large fire pit. I did not use the fire pit because it was warm outside. If you decide to go in the cooler weather, the fire pit with plenty of seating would be a great plus for your family. All in all, we have only positive and wonderful things to say and would positively return to creekside cabin again. Parkside cabin rentals were very professional and carried through with everything advertised and even managed to get us in the cabin about 45 minutes earlier.

It was a wonderful visit. Almost everything we expected. We was wanting to be staying on a mountain in the woods, and the kids wanted to see a bear. But the cabin was beautiful
