We enjoyed the cabin very neat didn’t realize it was so far off the main road didn’t enjoy the ride to the strip each day though

Very pretty setting. Plug to right of sink doesn't work. Need a couple of more blankets. Only has one descent one. The biggest problem was the tall step th to get to the door. It needs to be two steps to make it easier. A railing also would be wonderful. Carrying luggage while moving in was difficult. The porch behind the cabin is awesome! It really needs another electric plug to plug in phone charger, etc

We loved the cabin and the creek and the porch was spectacular...well definitely be back ..very clean..wished it had a king sized bed ..and a few extra blankets..

It was absolutely beautiful and not really far from town. The cabin was nice an clean. I have stage 3 cancer and probably wont be able to come back. So this was the best

The staff was very friendly and the cabin was just perfect. The only negative thing I could say was the neighbors (permanent residence) were not very friendly or accepting of us being in the area. But that has nothing to do with the company or our delight with the cabin. The view from the back porch was gorgeous and it really felt like a place i would want to live. EXCELLENT experience.

We were very happy with our cabin! The only thing we didn’t like was when we got there the door was open. The hot tub didn’t work the first night but we knew that before getting there and they comped us a night because of it! Very happy with how fast JJ was to fix it the next day!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Jeff did a wonderful job giving us recommendations and our cabin met all our expectations. We will definitely stay with Park Side again.

The staff were informed and helpful and very eager to please. I complained about a bad mattress on the pullout couch and they had someone bring a new one the same day. I will definitely go through Parkside for my next family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Creek! The back porch is amazing and being right next to the creek was wonderful. It was very cold during our stay, so we didn't get to enjoy the porch as much as we would have liked. We plan to return when it's a little warmer. The hot tub was so nice and the only way we could stay outside. However, it even had trouble keeping the heat up and was cooler than we'd like at times. The fireplace inside was nice and warm. We had plenty of Christmas movies available on the Roku TV, and the shower always had hot water. The area was quiet and private enough. There wasn't a lot to do or places to eat nearby...a few local choices or a drive of around 30 minutes or more. Overall, it was a relaxing weekend, and we would definitely recommended Cozy Creek!

We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin. The only complaints I had were that the bathroom had mold in it- I’m guessing from not having a fan in there, a few leaks we noticed after the rain, and there was a critter living in the ceiling. We called the office with each encounter to be documented but overall we had a nice time. They were very prompt with trash pick up as well once we called. The office staff were very friendly. We would definitely book this cabin again with Parkside knowing the bathroom would be cleared of mold and leaks fixed.

Excellent customer service! This last visit we stayed at two different cabins, Cozy Creek and Grassy Cove. Both cabins, clean, well stocked and in great locations!

The only issue we encountered, we wanted to use the hot tub and after lifting the cover the temperature was 104. I turned on the jets and the temperature went to 107, so it was unusable. We love the cabinand will be returning, we just hope we do not have any issues. Staff was excellent and did sent someone to look at the hot tub, also at check in.

Check in and access were very easy. We loved the location and spent all our time out on the back porch. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the cigarette smoke smell in the cabin and the dirty porches. We felt that both could have been addressed during the cleaning prior to our arrival. We did call and the office offered to send someone, but we didn't want the interruption to our stay.

Cabin was cosy with beautiful deck over creek. Inside was clean and ready for our stay. The deck could have been swept but there was a broom available. There is a big termite and ant issue… small ants inside cabin and termites leaving lots of piles of sawdust all over. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

The cabin was very nice and peaceful. I would say some started stuff would’ve been nice like coffee for the two coffee machines, laundry detergent, etc. Overall we had a great time.

Everything was great except the front and back porch needed to be cleaned. Grass needed cutting. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay

Overall a great, relaxing cabin! Very clean and private! Loved the location! The only thing that I would complain about is the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and the blind over the back porch didn’t close for privacy! But we loved it! We were there to celebrate our 35th anniversary and haven’t been anywhere on vacation in 10 plus years! We will definitely be back!!

The stay was great. We booked last minute and checked in late. All of that was handled very well and you were very accommodating. We had a hot tub issue during the stay and it was handled promptly.

This place is about 16 miles from Gatlinburg which is perfect if you’re trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of a crowded area but close enough if you want to visit.

We cannot express in words how well this experience and stay was for us. It was our 20 year anniversary and we have never been to the smokeys so we were going in blindly. From the check in staff to the cleanliness and amenities of the cabin it was by far our choice ever. Your services was Second to none. Thank you for being top tier in cabin rentals.

It was great! The hot tubs, pool table , fireplace. Creek in the back. Quite and peaceful and relaxing. Would do it all again.

The house was comfortable and clean. A few comments: electrical outlet on inside wall by bed needs replacement. Plugs fall out. TV does not have Fox News Channel. Also no way to change input to TV's for things like Xboxes or Amazon firesticks. Water flow through shower head and kitchen sink low. Lockout bar on sliding door needs replacement. Had a great time. Perfect timing for the leaf colors. Thanks

Everything was wonderful at the cabin except the back porch could have been a little cleaner the first night we got into the hot tub getting in and getting out we were walking all over what looked like dried mud other than that it was very nice

This was the best place I have stayed. They were so understanding. It was our honeymoon week. My card declined when I got there. And I didn’t know what to do. It was Sunday and the bank was closed. They let me stay for 3 nights while I got my card working again to pay. They definitely made my stay so much better. And stress free. Would definitely stay here again. Cabin was nice. We didn't have any Wi-Fi the entire time. It would have been nice to know it 16 miles out of town.

The cabin was cute and the location was excellent. The pull out bed in the sofa was not good at all. It was like sleeping on springs with no cushion. Ouch! Other then that, the place was cozy and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

It was a nice stay.... But living room and bath room really small. We stayed at Cozy Creek Cabin. We tried to get our favorite, Cubs Den, but it was taken. We did enjoyed our stayed.

Everything was perfect. The sound of the creek was beautiful as we sat in the hot tub with a fire going. Definitely will stay again.

The hot tub was not warming properly upon our late evening arrival. We contacted to the office and it was fixed the very next day. I would say the cleaning of the cabin could be better. Dust all over the wall and dead bugs in the window seals.

We always have great service and love our cabins. This last cabin we had an ant issue but just grabbed some ant traps from store. Understand those issues on a creek and in the woods!

We loved it! It was an anniversary trip. We wished it wasn’t as far away from the office was and not so close to other homes. But it was really nice and cute!

Cabin was clean, information given on cabin was good. The pull out mattress could not be used, mattress too thin and not very secure . Loved the creek!

99% perfection. The cabin was exactly as stated in the discription and photos. The only recommendation I have is that the cabin directions be updated. One of the land makers "Yogi Bear Campground" referrenced in the directions has change names. That through us off and we had to turn around. Other than that, no complaints.

Clean - #1...Recommendations: -Replace kitchen floor, -clean light fixtures, -new coffee pot, -Knick down spiderwebs, -fix washing machine and -replace toilet seat/clean urine smell

Courteous, efficient and everything in cabin was in good working order and very clean. Great value. We enjoyed the seclusion of the Cozy Cabin, it was a bit further from town than expected. While I understand the need for not disclosing addresses, some note on distance may have been a deciding factor in booking.

Overall it was a nice small cabin. Privacy was satisfactory and was comfortable. Some things were dated but was a good place to stay. We didn’t like being right next to a home owner when it didn’t show that in the website. The neighbors were loud at times but stayed to themselves. The hot tub woke us up a lot running through the night. We were well satisfied overall.

Cabin was clean, quiet, and well provisioned. We loved the back porch and spent most of our non-sleeping time there. Washing machine was a bonus.

Exactly like pictures! Just the right size, and love the price point! Favorite part was the huge covered porch, made the small inside cabin seem like twice the size. The small creek behind us was peaceful and it was clean!

Another wonderful weekend! This time just me and my lady instead of the crazy bunch of grown kids who usually come with. I was initially concerned about proximity to the road and the neighbors but that wasn’t a problem at all. I’m referring to “Cozy Creek” btw. Overall the cabin is not as “fancy” as some we’ve stayed in the past but that was no concern. We pretty much sat on the porch and listened/watched the creek all weekend! Never once turned the tv on or listened to any music, blissful! The only thing I can say as far as a complaint is the the sliding glass door is a bear to open and close, and unfortunately the screen was missing so we couldn’t listen to the creek while inside. Other than that it was a wonderful stay! We have rented 4 of your cabins so far and we’re already planning another trip this summer/fall. Oh I might add it would be nice to not have to come into town to get the keys on Friday. We have no interest in the “tourist crap”, we just wanna get to our cabin ASAP. We definately prefer the cabins farther out 321 now that we know how to leave via exit 440. All that said, we had a great weekend and will definately be back! Thanks!

First cabin had a mouse problem so I didn't sleep that night. A moldy shower curtain, and stained microwave, outside BBQ grill grates were broken. I called the next morning and the staff apologized for the inconveniences and moved us to another cabin. A discount was given at checkout for our troubles. This was our second stay with Parkside and with the great service we will continue to book with this company.

Cabin was a little small but very cozy for newlyweds had trouble keeping fire in outside fireplace going wood was too wet but a great time all in all

Cabin was okay. The map made it appear to be much closer to the other cabins and the pictures indicated the cabin was secluded, when it was actually in a neighborhood. All in all it was fine and the team from park side cabins was very accommodating.

Everyone was very, very polite and helpful! One thing specifically: my husband is a pool player and realized after our arrival that there was no pool stick chalk at the cabin. While we were out in town, we stopped by the main office just to see if they knew where we could get some and to our surprise, they had someone personally drive out to our cabin to drop some off while we were out sight seeing. Such a small gesture, but very much appreciated! The cabin was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was extremely clean. The area was more secluded than initially thought and very peaceful.

Everything was very nice except for the temperature of the hot tub. The first day it was 104 which was a little too hot so 5 minutes was all I could handle. We discussed this with the office and the maintenance man was immediately dispersed....which was great. When we returned from a long day trip through the National Park, the tub was set at 98. We went in for about 15 minutes then prepared dinner. After dinner, the tub then jumped back up to 104. Since is was a cool evening, we left the cover off and ran the jets to cool off the top water, but again, it was too hot to sit in for more than 15 min. We put the cover back on for nighttime and in the morning it was 106. I think the thermometer may need to be changed.

Very clean. Very pretty. The outside deck was our favorite part of the cabin. The inside is small but perfect for 2 people.

It was very clean and very nice. I asked for a private cabin that had no one close to it and it was very far out of town then it had neighbor's all around it. Locals not other cabins, we cooked out and the neighbors dogs wouldnt go away lol. I loved it but the cost and that cleaning fee was pricey considering we werw were expected to wash and dry and put away all dishes and to gather dirty towels. Then to gather all trash and place in the kitchen area. Thats a big cleaning fee for us to do the dishes and everything then an envelope left for us to tip the maids? I work for dominion lodging and thats against our policy which I usually do tip, but not if I have clean up most of our mess.

The stay was above my expectations! It was clean and very comfortable. The only negative thing that I found was the dryer. It took forever to dry clothes, but that was minor. Definitely looking forward to renting this cabin again next year.
