Chestnut Lodge places you right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, just a short walk from the Parkway, restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without needing to drive.
The main level features a large open living, dining, and kitchen area with seating for up to 14. The living space includes a gas fireplace, 55-inch TV, and a sleeper sofa, with direct access to the deck. On either side of the main living area are two king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom featuring walk-in tile showers and their own TVs. A half bath and washer/dryer are also conveniently located on this level.
Downstairs, a second open living area provides additional space to relax, complete with a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Two more king bedrooms are located on this level, each with an adjoining bathroom - one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo.
For entertainment, the lower level includes a pool table and game table, while the deck offers a hot tub accessible from multiple rooms.
For larger groups, the neighboring property Hickory Hideaway is located next door and can be booked together for additional space.
With its walkable location and spacious layout, Chestnut Lodge is an ideal option for groups looking to stay close to the action in downtown Gatlinburg.

My first time at gatlingburg was with you guys, i loved it, then i went back in 2023 a member of my family boked with a difrent cabin rental, to be honest i didn't like the experience, that's what i told everyone that there PARKSIDE CABIN RENTAL that i stayed with the first time it was excelent, and that's what happen everyone like the cabin the customer service, we realy enjoyed being at the cabin, Thank u so much guys, ill never change my stay again me and my family and anyone that i know,

I absolutely love Parkside cabin rentals. Any issues have been promptly addressed such as non working appliances etc. Staff is so kind and accommodating. The best customer service I’ve received over the years which has kept me returning to your company time and time again. Owls nest has been a favorite of ours for several years now. It really needs some updating to the cabin and I am so hopeful that paint and bathrooms will be addressed soon.

Very clean! We loved pur visit, it was also very comfortable! One of our crew also fpund out what brand of sheets are on the bed so she can order them! Can’t wait to come stay again! Also when I called the office for a question before our stay they were so helpful and pleasant. We called once for garbage pick up and they were there very quickly!

Loved the location and easy access to downtown area, trolley, and Community ctr. Loved the cabin but leaving the cabins was really a dangerous exit. Expected and would have loved the gas grill that was mentioned in the amenities. Overall stay was a wonderful experience.

The place was exceptionally clean. It was awesome and we had no issues. I would suggest flipping the pool table and the seating in the downstairs or get something other than a pool table - it's hard to play in that small of a space. If we come back to Gatlinburg we will immediately book this location!

It was a very good experience. From making reservations to staying in the beautiful cabin. The only hiccup is before our departure. It was snowinf and we were unsure of the weather and requested a 1:00 check out to determine if road conditions would be safe. Unfortunately, we were told we had until 12:30. We were concerned about going through Knoxville because warnings were issued. We just wanted enough time for things to warm up a bit. If roads proved to be unsafe, we were willing to stay an extra night. Since this happened at the very end, still worthy of 5 stars. A couple other minor issues, but did not affect our stay.

The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived but after calling, you guys promptly fixed it for use the next day. Loved all the master suites! It was very roomy! Could use some new pool cues and even better to have some shorter ones since it was tough to use the long cues in the space. The big connect four game was a nice touch! We wished we could’ve signed on to our Xfinity account. Overall it was a wonderful cabin and experience! You guys were polite and accommodating when checking in as well! Thank you!

The cabin was spacious, neat and convenient to Gatlinburg. The only two things that need attention are the floor which needs cleaning (mopping) and there needs to be an oven mitt in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was well loved by everyone in our group. Spacious, clean, + simple cabin decor. We spent most of the time out on the deck and got to see a few bears and cubs. And we liked that it was in town ,close to shops and eateries!

This was a beautiful cabin and having an on suite for every bedroom was fantastic!! Our only negative was how dirty the floors were. No visible dirt but everyone had black bottoms on their socks from walking around the house. I would have mopped myself but none was provided.

We rented a cabin that sleeps 12. It was very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and utensils but lacked a few practical things. I left a note for the housekeepers of our suggestions. Everyone in our party liked the layout of the cabin, the decor, and location. We had a couple of issues: we called the office during the morning following our 1st night's stay to request blankets for the pull out couches - there were only sheets- and to report that the hottub had shut off the night before, and no way to restart it. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would send blankets, and arrange for the hottub to be looked at. No blankets ever arrived, and to our knowledge no one came to check the hot tub. Our party was disappointed in the lack of follow-through on these points.
