Never dissapoints. This is our 4th time staying here and we will be back

No comforter on one bed and never picked up trash. Everything else was great!

Amazing stay! The cabin was clean & cozy! The video game in the living room was a cool plus! The best part about the cabin was the creek in the back! Occupied my kids for hours!

Love the location. But, water pressure in showers was very very low. Actually made showering difficult. The room did not feel very clean as in some place we have stated even pet friendly places in past felt clean and smelled better than here. The unit just needs to be cleaned better and landscaping needed more routinely exterior needs a refresh. Ultimately, we love the location. The set up is good. It just did not feel like the value of what we paid was reflected in the upkeep and cleanliness of this unit. I would recommend Parkside cabin rentals maybe just not the Brookside unit if cleanliness and overall aesthetics matter to you.

Overall the cabin was fantastic! Only small complaint would be that it could be a little cleaner. Dusting was needed, we found blueberries in the floor and a few dirty dishes.

Cabin was very nice. Bathrooms were small. I would stay again.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed having two bathrooms. One for our daughter and one for us. My daughter found a flea on her which we understand with you allowing dogs; just thought you should know in case you spray periodically. Other than that, it was awesome. When we left to come home, our 5 year old granddaughter said "Goodbye beautiful house." Thanks for everything.

The check in and check out processes were simple and easy. The cabin was beautiful as was the creek behind it. The beds were comfy and the two bathrooms were nice. The AC was a bit difficult to operate and it was hotter than we would have liked though.

Everyone was very quick to respond and helpful. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The perfect setting!! Everything was as it stated. We will be back for sure. Already have friends interested as well.

I usually stay with park side once or twice a year. I have never been disappointed. Excellent check in and check out experience. Accommodations are always clean.

Cabin was nice. Underneath needed alot of cleaning. It was great sitting on deck overlooking the brook.

Was a nice cabin till the wind blew the window in aand nobody answered the Emergency #.

We always stay with Parkside. The cabins are great, clean, and well located. What keeps us coming back is your change policy. It’s been really helpful to us when we book far out to be able to change to a bigger or smaller cabin when needed. Also, any issue we’ve ever had has quickly been dealt with. Friendly staff.

Great little cabin right next to the creek! Very relaxing and perfect for a get away.

Everything was nice & clean. We had no issues with the cabin, our family had a great time. The only suggestion is to have pot holders in the kitchen.

Cleaning people need to clean baseboards & cobwebs ceiling corners

absolutely loved the cabin and jeff was an awesome person to meet and shared some good details about where to eat and go but are cabin needed to be cleaned a lil bit better there was cobwebs everywhere and the one bathroom was nasty the toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks with a ring around the inside but other than that it was nice and very beautiful

Everything was great. We had 2 issues in our stay. The internet was unreliable sometimes going out for hours. Since it was T-mobile home internet I assume it was because of the sheer number of people using cellphone data during SlammedEnuff Fest. Which brings me to the 2nd issue - Man I wish I knew about SlammedEnuff Fest before agreeing to switch to this house. I am sure during normal weekends this home is fine but during this weekend it felt like we were in the middle of the filming of a Fast and Furious movie that was both behind schedule (we're going to film all night, we don't care what the neighbors think) and over budget (Mufflers?! We don't need no steenkin' mufflers...) Nice house just a bad weekend to be in this house....

We loved the brookside cabin! Our only complaint is that there is quite a bit of dust accumulated on the fans and in hidden corners. Otherwise our stay was excellent and we would return again/suggest it to others!

Wonderful rental. Accommodation were first class all the way! Clean and comfortable.

"Creekside Paradise" everything from checking in/out went effortless! The cabin was clean and the new furniture in the living room was a plus! The back deck & by the river also had new outdoor furniture which were very comfortable to sit back and enjoy the sounds of peace & quiet. Overall cabin was good. Not enough kitchen utensils. Not enough trash bags. Like I said cabin was good. Need to turn sign around at road it is backwards.

It was a beautiful place. Very clean. You need to sharpen your knives and add potholders to your kitchen.

We had a very pleasant stay at Brookside. It was very quiet and relaxing but close enough to enjoy things in town.

Parking garage passes are great! However when I called to ask how far cabin was from downtown, I was told 7 miles. I guess I didn’t realize they meant from city limits. It was 12 miles from downtown. You should tell people from downtown instead of city limits!

Cabin was awesome, we had a nice peaceful vacation, the stream was just beautiful and our pup loved it.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying in a parkside cabin. Everything was clean and well maintained. We will stay with parkside again.

Check in was efficient. Maintenance came right away for issues with the hot tub and wifi. The cabin was very nice and we enjoyed being on the river! The best part was the fire pit.

We had a great time, everything worked well. The only thing is the bucket by the fire place was rusted out and couldn’t hold water.

Great house right on a beautiful creek. Loved the outdoor fireplace and also the charcoal grill. The pool table and indoor old school Pacman games was great! We will def rent this again!

Cabin was clean and great location. Power issues as the generator cuts on while you’re asleep, but overall good place.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the Brookside cabin, it was exactly as described when we booked it. It was very clean and nicely stocked with basic kitchen and bath items. We will definitely be renting with Parkside Cabin Rentals and will definitely recommend us to our friends and family. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked with everything mentioned in the description.

The cabin was comfortable and clean. We loved the stream out back and the fire pit made for fun evening get-togethers. I believe there should be some paper goods (toilet paper and towels), as well as small laundry and dish soaps, and garbage bags available for guests. The pac man game table would have been a lot of fun but the main controller is loose and made play difficult. Kitchen water pressure was very light. Also there are very few utensils and dishes. Even so, we had a fun family stay.

Cabin was further out than expected but clean and as described

The cabin location was wonderful, but I had 3 complaints 1. The ac thermostat is off about 5-7 degrees. So when we got the the inside the cabin was as hot as the outside. Then when I put the air down, it took hours to cool down and it was still warm. Finally we realized the thermostat was off, and we needed to go cooler. 2. The cabin smelled like someone had smoked in it, especially when we first arrived and it was hot. As it cooled the smell wasn’t as strong. 3. Need a bin outside to put garbage bags. The cabins next door both have a place. Overall it was a great stay, I would rent again, and I think the pricing is very reasonable.

the house was great, as soon as we got to the home my daughter fell at the creek and sprained both ankles. from there we had a long evening in he ER and decided the next day to rent a scooter, so our trip wouldnt be a total loss. that worked good even though she was still in pain. we left on sunday and had a follow up and she actually broke her ankle. didnt see any bear at the house but did see them at and going to cades cove. we truly love the smokies and that house we awesome. very clean and well kept. Everything was very nice. The stay was awesome. The windows we’re drafty. Heat ran all day and all night. It would also help if the gutters were cleaned or replaced due to their is grass and trees growing from the gutters

We really enjoyed the location and the cabin. However, the cleaning of the cabin needs attention. When I wiped counters and dining table the rag was dirty. There were other things that needed attention such as, walls in bathroom had tooth paste splatter around sink area, shower curtains need cleaning, dusting once a month would be ideal, the door in the bathroom to the right has been clawed up from previous vistors dog, same bedroom the remote has been chewed on, blinds on entrance door to kitchen damaged by previous vistors dog, the tv in the bedroom to left doesn't come on and a few new pans are definitely needed in kitchen. The beds were comfortable and over all we enjoyed our stay. I must say we were little disappointed that there were no Christmas decorations. It is the season to be merry. Decorating the cabins with a tree and a few other decorations would have been wonderful. We bought our on little tree for our stay.

We stayed at Brookside and we absolutely loved the inside of the cabin! Everything was wonderful and the check out procedures were really simple which was great! There were no pictures of the outside of the cabin on the website. Wished we would’ve seen those too, but it was still beautiful. Thanks for letting us stay!

Nice location. Comfortable beds. Floors dirty with dog hairs everywhere. Only skillet was extremely warped and rocked on stove. No pot holders for oven.

We had no issues with the company itself however the cabin had some minor issues with broken equipment in Furniture Etc which I sent an email the day we arrived to prevent us from being charged from the previous people's damages. We also left one day early due to family illness but will definitely use Parkside rentals again because it was so easy to secure, rent, pay deposit, many many coupon offerings in welcome package and check in at office was so quick and efficient. Jeff was super nice too!!!

We loved the view on the back deck just the peace of the rolling waters and. Cup of coffee. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and rags. Grilling down by the water was awesome, wanted to take the moment home with me. Will be back possibly with more family members my kids and grandkids.

Your cabin was fantastic ! Especially compared to the cabin that we had originally rented. The comparison would be like night and day !

We had plenty of everything; toilet paper, soap, paper towels ect. Happy to have so many different pans to cook with as well.

We have used Parkside Rentals several times and have never been disappointed. We have stayed in different cabins. This time we stayed at Brookside and really enjoyed it. Our favorite so far.

Overall the Brookside cabin was very nice. The floors were pretty clean except in the corners though. Had an issue the first day with the arcade game. Player 1 joystick wasn't working right. The panel was unsecured for it and upon lifting it off I found a wire had come unhooked. Reattached wire and game worked great. Beds were super comfortable, fire pit was awesome and loved the beautiful stream. Got ample use out of the hot tub too. All in all a great stay!

I love the secluded area and the beautiful creek, and the pool table and the game table were used a lot by my kids and husband. We enjoyed being able to bring our dog, I think she loved it as much as we did. The beds were very comfortable, and we loved the over all feel of the cabin. There were a few broken things, but that wouldn't stop us from coming back again. We actually hope to in September. The issues we had were - we couldn't figure out the washing machine, the rockers on the back porch were broken, and the furniture was very well worn, there were only two usable pool sticks, and the DVD player only played in black and white on the living room tv (we rented movies for a rainy night). Over all we are very pleased with our mountain getaway and will definitely come back again. We hope next time for longer than 4 days!

Cabin was not quite what we expected (T=111 construction vs logs) very well equipped and stocked for a short stay. Very, very comfortable beds, ample pillows in both bedrooms. We cannot comment on the repairs and assistance response because in the week we stayed, none were required. Floors baseboards and corners need attention. firewood (but not kindling) was well stocked but damp. could not find the light switch for the recreation area under the cabin. all three TVs worked (the living-room remote was missing the battery compartment cover) All furnishings worked as expected. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, in spite of the rain. The office personnel were very polite, professional and accommodating. We will certainly reschedule for our next Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge visit. You made a GREAT vacation even better. RECOMMENDATIONS: Please issue multiple keys. Label breakers for lights and major appliances and, for emergencies, provide the location of the breaker box in paperwork. Also, caution people that the stairs can be very slippery when wet.

We enjoyed our stay at Brookside. The cabin was great and everything worked perfectly. The staff at Parkside were very helpful at check-in and when we had to call them about an unfortunate "night visitor" that made a mess.

WE love renting thru you all but I have to say the cabin could have been cleaner. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in Brookside and while the beds are comfy and clean the rest of the cabin is pretty dusty and dirty.

We liked the BROOKSIDE cabin. The beds were comfortable. The cabin was clean except for the floors, they really needed to be cleaned. The fireplace area and the pool table area needed to be swept before people arrived .

The stream was beautiful, we loved the cabin, we would definitely stay there again.

You quickly addressed any issues with the houses we rented during our stay . Only recommendation I have is to replace shower heads at brookside because the water pressure was not good.

The cabin was great! Check in and check out was very easy. We appreciated the parking passes! Small issue with the billing, but it was very quickly rectified. We can’t wait to visit again!

The floor and the furniture needed dusting. But we had ample clean linen and hot water. The HVAC unit worked great and we were comfortable. It was a beautiful location.

We have stayed with Parkside for several years now. The Cabins are always clean and very well taken care of. We didnt have Washer that worked this year. We called on Monday and the maintenance man ordered a part and it wasnt put on till Friday. We left Saturday morning. I understand things happen But we had to call the Parkside office on thursday at 4:20pm. The associate told us he would be there sometime Friday morning. I wish we didnt have to make a phone call to ask something to Please be fixed.

Great location! We loved being creekside. Plenty of room and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Away from the chaos of the city but still an easy drive into Gatlinburg.

We love staying with Parkside for our family holiday. The fully stocked kitchen allows us to cook Christmas dinner as if we were home. We decorated with a tree and hung the stockings by the fire. A lovely time together that we will always cherish.

Very nice cabin. Our hot tub wasn’t heating correctly when we first got there. The maintenance person JJ responded quickly and provided excellent customer service to fix the hot tub. Beautiful view of the creek. We had a great time at Brookside.

The Brookside Cabin was above and beyond my expectations - so many nice amenities AND the topper was the ability to access the creek.. MY CREEK - Ha!! I hated to leave!! Since returning, I have already told three friends about Park Side so that they can contact you for a cabin, too!!!

The staff was very helpful on surrounding events. Cabin was everything that was advertised. Was very clean.

Our cabin was easy to find, clean and equipped. Other than a minor issue with the water (if you are using the water from either bathrooms the water in the kitchen didn't work ) everything was great. Not very secluded but ok.

The brookside cabin was great, however we felt it could have been cleaned a little better as there was a lot of dust/ dirt. Also, the bean bags for the cornhole game were missing. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall, the stay was great. The housekeeping staff needs to concentrate on dusting the bathroom wall and cleaning around the toilets. The back porch by the hot tub needs to be sprayed due to bees trying to build nests on the eaves. Otherwise, the inside of the cabin was beautiful and we loved staying there.

Everything was wonderful cabin ful l y stocked woth dish and other needed items. Hot tub did not work correctly so we didn't get to enjoy it as much but everything else was amazing.

Cabin was fantastic. Very clean. We we'nt expecting it to be so far from town was a very welcome surprise. We enjoyed the quiet and the peaceful stream right outside the windows. Our only complaint was that the hot tub controls were broken and we could not use the jet's or adjust the temperature. They are building another cabin next door but there was no construction noise while we were there. The parking coupons were a great help. Would like to visit again and possibly check out your other cabins to see if there is one in a more secluded area..
