Very nice stay, we are always treated very nice. I got locked out an a maintenance man came very quickly and opened our cabin

The cabin was very comfortable. When we had an issue with the TV remote yiu resolved it in minutes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn't give you 5 stars because there was no dresser in the bedroom to put clothes in. Also, the dryer kept cutting off and the can openls provided were rusted and didn't work.

We were pleased with our cabin. The water pressure overall in the cabin was low and took an especially long time to get hot water in the kitchen. Overall we were happy with our cabin and will highly consider staying with Pparkside out next trip to Gatlingburg.

This was our third year staying with y’all. This was the second time in this cabin. As always, our cabin was clean and staff were friendly! We love the location! When in the area, we will always stay in a Parkside Cabin!

Please note that there is an ant issue on the deck. The tiles in the shower need to be scrubbed. The bathroom door will not remain open and the dryer does not work properly. It will either run continuously or stop during the cycle.

It was a very clean cabin. The furniture was nice. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. It would have been nice to have had a blow dryer, box of Kleenex and a TV that had Fox News.

I like that you have a walk in shower. The cabin was clean. I wish you would tell which cabins had walk in showers. The parking was very tight and difficult for a person with disabilities to use. I picked a cabin based on tge pictures on your website and it was not the cabin in the picture. I'm really glad it had the walk in shower in the pictures. The ice maker didn't work but ice cube trays were liveable. The dryer would suddenly shut off for no reason but would turn back on for some reason. We did enjoy our stay and the cabin was what we were wanting. Yes there were little issues but nothing we couldn't deal with. In the future maybe have handicapped accessible cabins but please please put walking showers on your website so you know which have them.

One roll of toilet paper and no Kleenex seemed cheap for an 3 night -4 day stay. Also wrong password for internet and NO instructions for TV.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous and exactly what we wanted! The cabin was perfect (Immaculate), so much, that we booked an extra night. Jeff was amazing and extremely informative and humorous, which is always fun when on vacation. We tried many of the restaurants per his recommendation and they were spectacular. We've told several friends/family about our stay and it sounds like you'll get more traffic due to our experience. I know we will be back!

We’ve been to gatlinburg so many time, at least twice a year for the last couple years. This is the best places we have stayed!

Cabin was in excellent condition and perfect location. Some more attention is needed on cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the walls and several surfaces. Other than that, the staff was great and very responsive.

The cabin was so cozy and comfortable! It was very clean too. Very close to everything making it so convenient.

Jeff was super nice, funny, and helpful. We always love staying with Parkside. I did mention that the shower curtain was dingy and needed to be replaced but other than that the cabin was clean and comfortable. I do suggest the office start a food box that renters can donate unopened food items to local food banks instead of just throwing it all away when we leave.

Nice, clean, maintained cabin. Not really walking distance to downtown but trolly does stop at hotel next door. Cabin had most items we needed except a hair dryer, pizza pan and dish towels. You need to bring everything relating to food even salt and pepper and coffee filters. Which we were not use too in past cabin rentals. Enjoyed our stay and would come back.

We loved everything about our accommodations and the Cleanliness. We didn’t have any problems with the cabin and loved that it was close to the roads.

The overall experience was great! Jeff at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly, kind, and enjoyable to talk to. The cabin overall was nice. I would have liked a heads up about clothes rods not having hangers. The throw pillows on the couch and the chairs seats didn't seem very clean. Having vinyl or something on the dining chairs would be more easily cleaned. Please change the process of dishes being cleaned before someone leaves. One thing that I have noticed in staying with other places that have dishes that stay with the place, is they tend to be clean when the person is supposed to put them in the dishwasher before they leave vs cleaned and put away before check-out. These dishes were not very clean. They possibly were washed by hand in a hurry before the people could leave. So, we felt we had the clean the dishes before they could be used and of course we didn't clean all of the dishes in the place, just the ones we used. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated having a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The dark shades were nice for blocking out light. The refrigerator, stove, and countertops were nice. The lay-out of the cabin worked really well inside. Thank you for what you do! :D

The cabin was very nice. The only problem was the dryer didn't work all the time. I would totally use this place again. I enjoyed cooking meals in the cabin. Loved the big shower.

Floors were dirty, had to where flip flops in the cabin. Still had used soap containers in shower upon our arrival. Ice maker didn’t work and Wi-Fi password was wrong. We did find the correct Wi-Fi info in cabin eventually. Once we were moved in cabin we didn’t think it was worth calling cleaning crew back in. Thanks for another overall good stay and location is great. Everyone in the office is very informed and helpful.

Parkside Cabin Rentals was great. Our cabin "Hook, Line, and Sinker" was clean, in a great location, and overall the perfect size for the 2 of us. We had a lovely vacation and loved our 1 bedroom cabin.

The cabin was great. We enjoyed our time there. My only complaint is we could not use the couch bed because it was too dirty and the comforter on the King bed was also very dirty and stained. We enjoyed the seclusion of the cabins though, in a very busy city.

Our experience was excellent! We even got to see bears in the yard of our cabin. Here’s a quick funny story: I went to lean over the balcony not expecting to see bears. I was so shocked that I got up and ran (with my girlfriend yelling “what, what!) to put the code in to make sure we could get into the cabin safely.. It was cool to see those bears in their natural habitat.

I loved everything! Very nice! I would make sure and check the water pressure in the shower! We didn’t have hardly any. That is the only thing!

We loved our cabin, I thought it was supposed to be 2 single beds when I made the reservations. My only request would have been hangers or some kind of drawers to put your clothes in. Had to stay in the suitcase our entire time.

I love staying at your cabins ... this is my "go to" when I need a relaxing getaway .. I do like the cabins that sit behind the main office due to the fact they are out from the noise, hustle and bustle but they are also right within the middle of the hustle and bustle if that is what you also need. I have stayed many times and hopefully can in the future.

Wonderful cabin! It was very clean and cozy. Conveniently located right off of the entrance into Gatlinburg. Everyone was extremely helpful at check-in. Wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back and will definitely use Parkside Cabins Rentals again!

Staff very friendly during check in. Cabin very clean. Only down fall was hot tub. Wanted to use our last night there and buttons was broken. Called front desk and was told to call emergency contact. Called both numbers and left message, no return call. Called front desk again was told "oh well" they'll be there tomorrow. Night staff not as friendly or helpful!!

We loved it so much, we left today and are already planning for our next trip back to Gatlinburg! Thankyou!

Overall good. Stayed many times with you guys always pretty good. A couple Things that would have made it a little better though: Better water pressure in the shower. We we in #2 hook line and sinker. Just wasn’t enjoyable pain in the butt really. Throw blanket in the living room would have been nice also. Other than that cabin was clean and had everything else we needed.

We’ve stayed at Parkside cabins for a few years now. They are always clean and the staff are always friendly.

The Hook, Line, and Sinker cabin was perfect for our needs. Very clean and I was surprised to see it was stocked with dish washing liquid, paper towels, soaps, towels etc. My husband did not care for the location because he could hear the traffic and lack of view but I liked the location for the convenience to town.

It was perfect. Very helpful staff, the pricing was great and the location was perfect. Definitely planning the trip for next year already!

We were pleasantly surprised with the newness of the cabin. Very close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but yet had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Cabins up on the ridge may not be the best choice for families with young children. Not alot of room the run around.

Our cabin Hook Line and Sinker was in the perfect location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was easy to get to yet it felt isolated enough to be relaxing and a nice getaway. The inside of the cabin was nice and cozy. The floors were very slick when wearing socks though. Maybe bring a pair of socks with grippers on the bottom to wear around the cabin. My husband and I had a wonderful weekend there! We will definitely be returning!

Room was clean overall. Some of the jets in the hot tub did not work, so that was disappointing. We did not have toilet paper in the cabin when we arrived, but we ran into a worker and they provided it very kindly. Staff was pleasant. I would recommend this cabin and we will stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay, the cabin was very clean when we arrived and all in all it was a fantastic experience.

The location was perfect for us. Close enough to walk to the strip, but secluded and wooded enough. The cabin was very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Most of the jets in the hot tub worked. Just a couple of very minor issues: the light in the ceiling fan of the main room was not working, so it's quite dark in the main space (it may just be a bad bulb). Second, the sheets are way too short for the bed, or maybe they were put on sideways? We could not pull up the sheets past our waists. Third, there is very little water pressure in the shower. The head may need to be descaled. Other than that, great little cabin, would stay there again.

This was our second stay at Parkside Cabins and we rented the exact cabin we had last time. We enjoyed ourselves and the cabin is overall nice, however, there were some small details that kept this from being a 5-star stay. Housekeeping should pay better attention to the toilet - while the bowl appeared clean at first glance, when exiting the shower you could see a black ring around the first inch of the bowl, which is hidden from casual site. The shower floor was dark with mildew and there were cobwebs in every corner of the rooms. The duvet on the bed was obviously for a queen bed and not for the king, as it didn't completely reach the sides of the bed. It would be nice to have additional hooks on the backs of doors to hang towels and clothing. On the positive side, the refrigerator was spotlessly clean and the hot-tub was clear, clean and wonderful for the end of a long day of hiking or shopping. Our daughter reported the couch pull-out bed was quite comfortable and there were plenty of clean linens to go around. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will more than likely rent from Parkside again.

Great experience, from booking online to check out - office staff was friendly and very helpful. The only negative thing I could say is that the cleaning of our cabin could have been a little better. There where quit a few cob webs and the blinds were pretty dusty, but maybe someone hadn't stay there in a while. Also the floor was sort of dirty, after walking around in my white socks briefly the were pretty brown :-( The hot tub was awesome except for the missing head rest. We do plan to stay again in the late summer early fall - overall a great experience.
