The Rocky Top Wine Trail is comprised of 5 wineries located in the Smoky Mountains, and you complete the trail once you’ve visited all of them. At the first place you go to, you’ll pick up a passport and then present your passport at each location to receive a stamp to prove you were there.

2. Complete The Rocky Top Wine Trail in Separate Days

The best part about the wine trail is that you don’t have to check off every stop in one day. You can spend some time enjoying lunch, and truly taking in everything that each place has to offer. This way, you can easily fit this activity in with all the other things you want to do while you’re in town. If you do decide to complete the trail in one day, just be sure to have a designated sober driver so that you can have a safe and fun time.

3. Free Wine Samples

The award-winning establishments on the trail offer over 70 unique varieties of wine for you to sample for free! This is great if you’re passionate about wine or if you’re just trying to expand your palate. If you find some products that you’re crazy about, you can even purchase them while you’re there, and take them home to enjoy later!

4. Tour the Facilities
