Awesome job and experience and would definitely stay with you again

The check out experience was very easy. The house was clean and a great size to host all of us! My only recommendation is a Roku tv in the living room- we wanted to watch a movie together and could not.

It was a fabulous stay. We will be back again

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and stay at the Robins nest. We got to see about 6 bears during our stay. So exciting. If we could we would love to give some suggestions about Robins nest. The couches in the living room desperately needs upgrade. Cloth couches hold germs and odors and are hard to clean. A leather set would be a great upgrade. More electrical outlets would be a plus in the bedrooms.

Very nice cabin. Exactly what we wanted. Had what we needed. Parking and getting out of the parking lot was a challenge. Could use some more paving. I had to purchase AAA batteries for the DVD remote (they were gone). Still we would sure rent this cabin again and the Staff at the office were great. Thanks.

Wonderful. Our stay was Great and whenever we called for trash pick up, they were right there we got to see Bears cabin. There’s always plenty of room and the stuff we needed for the kitchen was in the kitchen. You guys do great.

Great job guys . Sorry about trash can look like the bear ate it . Did have one problem. Roaches coming out around countertop and in living room probably need to spray for the critters other than that is was good . Place was well stocked. Very clean. Office crew was very friendly and gave great recommendations for the area. Overall, place felt safe and would stay again.

Sink leak and fan blades in living area.and down stairs bedroom loose but otherwise very nice.

Loved the cabin. We did see 3 small roaches and the drier barely dried the clothes. Called to report. Two different men came out, but were unable to fix it.Had a wonderful time and will be back in October to stay in one of your cabins we have stayed in 2 times.

The cabin was nice and an excellent location. The sofa and dining chairs looked tired. The kitchen was I'll equipped. Someone before us appeared to cook a pizza directly on the oven rack. Smoke filled the room when turned on. There were only two spoons. We had to purchase items to clean the oven.

We loved our cabin! Check in was a super simple process. We also were very thankful for the free parking passes we got for the strip as it was such a busy time that we were there! We will definitely be coming back to stay in Robin’s Nest again!

We don’t really have a lot of experience as we just picked up our packet and called to let you know when we were leaving. I did notify you that the home we stayed in had roaches so an exterminator is needed.

Cabin was clean and well equipped with anything needed. The addition of washing detergent was a blessing. Area was quite but close to the parkway. We will be staying again.

Cabin was very clean and well maintain , when we had a issue they were at the cabin in 5 min or less

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very nice and we loved the easy access to the Parkway. There are only a few things that could be improved - 1) there were no washcloths, 2) we saw a couple of roaches in the kitchen, 3) there were no sheet pans in the kitchen, 4) the blinds need to be replaced in several windows because they either do not function or are no longer there.

Stayed at Robin's Nest from 9/11 - 9/17 2022. Check-in: very good. Professional and courteous. Cabin: very clean even if a few cosmetic items (window shades) were broken or missing. Kitchen: plenty of useful items; had a small roach problem (could be addressed with boric acid or spraying or some roach traps) Problems: reported front lock not working well, Miguel (or Dakota, can't recall), walked me through correct way to lock front door. This helped initially but the lock eventually became difficult to use again. Called for trash pickup: arrived in a couple of hours and told man about the lock; he checked it, replaced battery, which helped initially but then it again became difficult to unlock. I STRONGLY recommend putting a new lock on this cabin. I would not stay at this specific cabin again without a new lock. It took too much time and effort to unlock even after we used correct locking procedure. (The knob just spins and spins and we only got it unlocked after many attempts). The parking coupons were not useful -- garage too far from downtown. We paid $10 to park at aquarium, which would have been a better deal for parking coupons. Even 50% off parking anywhere in Gatlinburg would be a better deal. Overall satisfaction: Very Good. I would book with Parkside Cabins again.

Love the cabin! Just need more towels in hall bath and kitchen towels. Need more bowls to serve in and didn’t have a cookie sheet. Nice the cabin was close to Gatlinburg!

Lovely cabin, very comfortable; however, the very steep driveway up to the cabin is nerve wracking. The cabin could use some more inventory, I left a note that I hope was transferred to you. In short, there was a shortage of silverware, there should be potholders in the kitchen, the knives barely cut butter and need to be sharpened, and wastebaskets in the bedrooms would be very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay cabin was very nice. I will most definitely use y’all again. Enjoyed the quietness at night. Loved the huge tubs very relaxing.

Great location with easy access to either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Check-in and Check-out process was easy and well organized. The cabin was as described and was clean. The cable TV service and WIFI system worked well. The following are comments about certain features of the property that could use repair or improvement: 1. King beds - matrices were not comfortable, too hard and bed frames squeaked. An upgrade would be nice. 2. Window blinds in disrepair or missing; in the bathroom of the upstairs bedroom facing the front of the house, the blind was completely missing; we had to fashion a window covering with clothes pins and towels to provide privacy. there were other non-functional blinds in bedrooms and the living room. 3. The fireplace worked well except one of the glass doors was missing. 4. One of the TVs in the upstairs bedroom is non-functional and needs to be replaced. If these deficiencies were addressed, we would consider coming back.

Very welcoming upon arrival. Staff made some great recommendations about some spots in town to check out. We stayed in Robin's Nest, and it was in a great quiet location. We needed to have our hot tub filled, and the service on that was very prompt. Highly recommended.

The cabin was clean and very convenient to all the attractions in Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge.

Overall we were pleased with the cabin. It was clean and close enough to town to be convenient yet far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel secluded. The furnishings were in good condition . I would say that one dish towel, one dishcloth, and 5 forks were a bit sparse for 6 people. There was no broom or vacuum for us to keep the floors clean. Our second afternoon there, we had a fire in the fire place. The glass door to the fireplace exploded into a million pieces. We called the office and the response was prompt. Loved having cornhole! Hot water was abundant!

Always enjoy our stay at Parkside Cabin properties, however we were concerned that none of the beds had mattress pads. We thought this was a health risk that needed to be addressed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Robin's Nest. The only complaint we had was the young man that answered the phone when we called about our power going off. Instead of saying that was out of his control he could've told us that there was a number in our packet that was given to us for us to call. We didn't find that until Thursday of our week there.

This is our third year with you and we will never go anywhere else. Cabins are spectacular clean with amazingly comfortable beds. We didn't have hot water and called maintenance. They were courteous and came right away. He fixed the hot water tank in no time even tho he had to go get a part. Very very satisfied with you and will be back again for our 4th annual girls trip!

The cabin was clean and very nice. We seen bears while we were there. We cooked in the cabin in the mornings and used the grill outside a couple times and everything was perfect for us.

The cabin was in a great location and very clean. Enough room for my guests. I would suggest more silverware (there were only two dinner forks and three salad forks for six people). The door lock needs new batteries (we had to put in the code twice each time used). The directions seemed to cut off before we got to the cabin (we had to keep driving to fin d it). It was lovely when we got there and very quiet. Just what we were looking for. The location was close to everything while still being away from the crowds.

we had a small problem at our first cabin and were promptly and extremely politely given new accommodations everything was perfect. the first cabin was also amazing it was only a neighboring house that was a problem with our young child who can be loud as toddlers often can :)

Love staying with you all at Parkside Cabins. I WILL BE BACK.... I hope and pray that you and your family's that visit the Robin's Nest will get to enjoy the bible that we left inside the cabin. Renting Cabins with Parkside is as convenient as a hotel with the perks of a house. No need to bring linnens or towels and no extra charge for a linen packge. The cabin was clean and tidy and convenient!

I have stayed with Parkside Cabin Rentals on several visits to Gatlinburg and their cabins are always clean and stocked with whatever we need for our visit. Everyone in the office is always nice and helpful.

Nice cabin, but there were bugs everywhere including under the bedsheets.

Very accommodating and answered all of our questions even given the current situation with the fires around. More than satisfied with the cabin and staff! We will be back!

From the initial greeting to the cabin, it was a wonderful experience.

The cabin was clean and spacious (and quiet!). The only thing that may have been a problem were the stinkbugs in the second floor bedrooms/bathrooms. I know there's not much you can do about them, but perhaps check to see where they're getting in and close it up.

Everything was great but I really thought the place could have been a lot cleaner! One of my top priorities.

I was very pleased with the office staff at Parkside. They were very helpful and patient. We had a problem with the router and they responded promptly. There were some concerns with the cabin. While the bathrooms appeared clean, there were other areas that were not. The floors in the bedrooms were very dusty and dirty. The coffee makers were very dirty and we would not use them. A fan in one bedroom didn't work, there were only five dining room chairs for a family of 7; light bulb was burnt out. There no hangers in the closets which we hadn't anticipated and the kitchen cookware was sparse. This house is very cute but needs some love. We would recommend with some cautions.

very well... the hot tub needed to be hotter and something was wrong with the jets didn't want to stay on. the blinds was hard to go up and down. the drive up was not too bad but with a bigger van it was tough to maneuver it around in spots. Wish there might would have been extra lining. thank you all so much.
