The location was beautiful. Enjoyed the porch with our morning coffee. Only four chairs, maybe add a couple. Cabin was nicely decorated, comfortable furniture/beds, and kitchen had everything we needed. The ice maker in the fridge did not work. It started to slowly make ice the last day we were there. There were several strands of hair on the shower wall in the bathroom by the bunk bed room. Some of the jets in the hot tub did not work. We still rated five stars because we did not notify you while we were there.

We absolutely loved Smoky View Cabin! It was very spacious and clean. Check in and out was super easy and Jeff was great, helping us to get the cabin reserved and getting us checked in. We just left today and are already planning to stay again around Christmas. 🙂

Nice place, clean, and well equipped. Hot tub could have been better. Hot, but jets were failing.

This cabin was PERFECT for me and my friends to take a getaway trip. Beautiful views and such fun amenities. The only thing we were concerned about is the driveway only holds two cars so don’t plan on bringing more than that! Other than that perfection.

Smokey View was the perfect place for our getaway! It is very spacious with comfortable bedding. The deck has an outdoor fireplace which was a relaxing way to end each day!

Our family had a wonderful stay, everything exceeded our expectations! A heads up on the uphill curbs would have been helpful but we made it up!

Everything was great but the TV on the deck did not work. I called in and the gentlemen told me there was nothing he could do about that. I would recommend getting that fixed for the next guest. Other than that, the cabin was fantastic.

Everything was great! The only inconvenience we had was coming to check in at 3:10, being told we cannot check in before 4pm. We went food shopping & came back. When we finally arrived, the cleaning lady was still mopping the floors & was apparently unaware that we were coming. We did not get a full rack of wood, just the leftovers from the previous tenants

Great customer service as always. Kitchen could be better stocked with items (Mixer, better skillets Wine glasses but a quick trip to the dollar store and got what we needed. Looking forward to staying with Parkside again March.

Kevin was very nice the view was beautiful could have used a few extra blankets. When we first got there there was a big ball of Here behind the door and the bedroom next to the children’s room I have something stuck to the mattress look like a burger. Besides that it was very clean

We had a very nice time at the cabin. The cabin was beautiful, and provided us with more than we expected. My only suggestion is it would be nice if you provided 2-3 citronella candles on the front porch. That would make it even more perfect!

Nice place. Did not like the road to the cabin, no place to pull off if you met another car.

Clean and spacious accommodations! The cabin had all the supplies we needed and everything was in working order.

We stayed for the week at the Smoky View cabin. It was everything the pictures showed and more! When we arrived, the people at the office were very friendly and helpful. They had everything ready for us with a little goody bag, coupons for various things around town, and even vouchers for free parking in Gatlinburg (savings of $30.00). When we arrived at the cabin, they even had lights on for us and everything was perfect! Plenty of towels, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, and a rack of great firewood for the outside fireplace. Checkout was easy and we will certainly be back again to stay with Parkside Cabin Rentals!

The cabin was great. Very comfortable. Wood was a little green and didn’t burn well but everything else was wonderful.

The whole experience was amazing! Everyone in the office whether on the phone or in person was so helpful. We had to evacuate for a hurricane and nerves were shot not knowing what we might be going home to. But everyone that we came into contact with made everything much easier. And then the cabin was beautiful and everything that we could have hoped for. I actually didn't want to go home! Thank you so much and I look forward to doing business with you again (hopefully next time it will not be because of a hurricane!) Even under the circumstances that brought us there, we so enjoyed every moment that we were there. I had all my children and grandchildren together and we never felt crowded or in the way of each other. The teenagers even had fun!

The cabin was just as the pictures. We all enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. It was like being at home. We would definitely rent here again!

A perfect place for a family get-away. The accomodations were great. We have heard nothing but positive things from our family about the trip.

The cabin was beautiful. It was very clean when we got there. When we checked in they gave us the wrong keys, but we didn't realize it until we got all the way up to the cabin. I called the office and told them, and without me even having to ask first, they sent someone who was there within 10 minutes to give us the correct keys.

Wonderful cabin with a great porch for relaxing and enjoying conversations with group. We especially enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. Children loved the arcade game in their bedroom and the adults made great use of the pool table on the porch. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was very clean. The only thing lacking was adequate dishes for our group of six adults and six children.

Everything was perfect except for the drive up to the cabin and the driveway , parking was difficult if you had more than 3 cars which we did . So it caused my husband lots of moving vehicles around and backing them down that Steep driveway in order to turn around . Other than that it was completely perfectly clean, beautiful and comfortable.

Everything was excellent! The thing we really needed that we forgot was salt and pepper. We left a new pack for the next guess! We loved it and plan to stay again in the near future!

The cabin was awesome the check in time was horrible couldn't check in until after 4:30 also the mountain side was covered with trash but otherwise good experience

Stayed with timber tops,hearthside, and outrageous cabins previously , but after staying at parkside will never use any other cabin rental service. Have used parkside 4 times highly recommend to all.

We have stayed at a lot of cabin rental company's. I will have to say that this trip was by far the best. The cabin was very nice and met all of our needs. The only problem we encountered was the firewood that was supplied was green. We had to buy some dry wood in order to get the green wood to burn. This was after it boiled all the moisture out of it. Other than that it was awesome. I work for a large Fire Dept, I have sent out an email recommending park side cabin rentals and have had several people inquire about it. The check in staff were also very friendly.

Had an awesome time. This is the third or fourth time we've used ya'll. I have been pleased every time. II recommend ya'll to all my friends and family!
