I understand that the cabin is in the woods. However the carpenter bees that are destroying the porch at Cubs Den were annoying as hell. Everything was covered in bee shit. We cleaned the rocking chairs. Next day covered again. Cleaned again. I got pooped on twice while trying to enjoy sitting on the porch. Oh and one of the jets came apart in the hot tub. We tried to put it back but couldn't figure it out.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! However we could only enjoy the deck when it was dark bc the carpenter bees are so bad! They swarmed the deck and hot tub area all day long. There was no way to enjoy his sitting on the deck and watching the sun set or anything! The mess the bees left all over the out door furniture was bad. We wish we didn’t have to deal with that, it would have totally changed the experience! Definitely a down fall for sure!

We loved the location. The cabin was well represented and clean. The cabin was in great shape and we enjoyed how the hot tub was actually or ate unlike many in the area. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the free parking passes and when we extended our stay it was an easy process.

Really loved the location of cabin! Cabin was perfect for 2 people! Loved the pourch! Wish we could of used fire pit, it was perfect! But it was too cold outside! However, we enjoyed having electric fireplace in cabin!

It was a nice place to stay. Close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The rock sidewalk is very slippery when it rain. The bedroom mirror had something dripped down it. It wasn't cleaned before we came in. Other than some cleaning issues we enjoyed it very much. Thank you We love the chairs around the campfire. Any chance we could find out where you bought them?

The staff at check in was extremely nice and very helpful, the cabin was lovely, everything was in great working order, we didn't use Hot tub outside, but their was a gentleman from your staff, upon arrival making sure it was turned on and stuff, cabin was very cozy

Cabin was great except for the bugs and the mice. Cabinets and drawers are full of mice poop. Had to clean mice poop every morning. Had to clean dishes before we could use anything, every meal.

Everything seemed clean and worked well. The fridge went out the day before we checked out so food in it spoiled. There was a mouse that liked to run around. We never saw it, just the droppings. The hot tub was nice and the cabin was easy to find.

We arrived a little early and was permitted to check in early. They emailed the code once it was cleaned and ready for us. The cabin was a little hard to find even in maps. Directions to follow would have been nice to be included in the email. I called the office and a representative stayed on the phone with me and guided me to the correct location. That was amazing customer! Everyone was nice and friendly. The cabin was lovely. The bed was on a metal frame and very very squeaky with every turn. At one point I thought it was going to crash down. But the mattress itself was very comfortable. I will be back and try out a different cabin. I’m Sure they are all lovely ! Thank you for a great experience.

Overall, good stay. Hot tub was excessively hot and hod to cool off prior to using, no dish cloths in the kitchen and the bathtub drained super slow. It is a nice cabin and great location.

Customer service was over the top! When we got to Gatlinburg (a couple of hours before check in) my husband went into the office to see what we needed to do to check in. Because the cabin was already cleaned and ready for us, we were allowed to check in early. That was great because after 7 hours on the road we were both ready for a nap! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend.

Parkside did an amazing job. We called a little after 4pm on are arrival day and let them know we would arrive after office hours and they quickly made sure we had everything we needed to get into the cabin Upon arrival everything looked great. We had everything we needed and the cabin looked better in person then on pictures. The only thing we needed during our stay was an iron and after letting the office know, they got one to us in no time. We will definitely be returning.

Our stay was wonderful! We think the cabin could use some more cooking pots and pans, glasses and plates. Also cleaning could take time to clean the out door table and chairs, they were not usable. Otherwise everything was great.

Cabin was great and would definitely stay again. Only petty comment I can make would be to update your photos. We have a kuerig but the photo showed a regular coffee maker so we brought ground coffee. There was kuerig instead of the coffee maker in the photo. Love my g Coffee in the morning 😂. Overall great experience!!

We stayed in the Cubs Den, staff and accommodations were both very nice. The only complaint I would have is, the Cub’s Den cabin needs some lighting on the pathway from where you park the car to the steps to get in the cabin.

I loved everything about my cabin it was exactly like the pictures and I really appreciated all of the coupons to the different attractions even when I had car trouble the staff sent someone to help and assist me I'll definitely recommend them and will be booking again!

We have stayed at Cubs Den several times and LOVE it but are NOT happy with: bugs in the kitchen light, broken microwave door, filthy return air vent, squeaky bed (really squeaky!) overgrown outdoor shrubs (could not see signs!). Once again we love this cabin but we are paying a rate for a nicer condition so these things need to be corrected - the cigarette burns all over the countertop in the kitchen just topped it off...:((

Parkside did a wonderful job, making our stay comfortable and easy to find! Even though we made a few wrong turns on our behalf. The directions to our cabin was perfect and letting us know what stores were open and close to the cabin if we needed last minute groceries/items. The only difficulty we had was the parking passes for the Bearskin parking Garage. It would not take any of the 3 that were given to us the day we arrived and we had to spend our money for the garage. Other than that we definitely enjoyed ourselves and cabins' perks! Thank you for having us, we will come back again!

My boyfriend and I recently spent the week at the Cub's Den cabin and I cannot say enough good things about it! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. It was close enough to town that it was easy to get around, but it was in a secluded setting that made you feel like you were in the middle of the woods! Check in and check out were a breeze as well. Plus you get a ton of coupons in your welcome folder that we put to use at the parking garage in town and at the aquarium.m!

The cabin was great! The hill to get up there was pretty scary, but other than that it was great! I'll definitely be renting again in the future!

My husband and I were looking for a comfortable cabin for a quiet get away. He works in excess of 65 hours weekly and was exhausted. Thanks to the location of the Cub Den cabin he was able to get much needed uninterrupted rest. The cabin was very comfortable and accommodating. I was able to cook a beef stew Saturday which allowed us to stay in. Everything we needed was very clean and orderly. I turned in maintenance issues which you may not have been aware needed attention. We look forward to returning for another visit to enjoy more of the same. I have shared with family and friends our experience with you. No doubt, my daughter and her husband are looking forward to visiting as well.

The room was really clean and everything that's needed was there in place. It was our first experience in cabin. It was kinda scary as it was really dark when we got back from downtown. But it was quite a good experience. :) we would love to come back here with our group of friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at Parkside, we loved our cabin, it was very quite and very relaxing and enjoyed out honeymoon and look forward to coming back every year to Gatlinburg to celebrate our anniversary. Thank you for everything, and cannot wait to come back.

Wonderful experience. We had no issues with checkin or check out and everything we needed was included in the cabin. The parking passes were wonderful as well as the coupons!

The cabin was nice with all the amenities advertised and expected. Well equipped kitchen and even had laundry machines if we needed them. The only minor bad thing was we arrived at the office at 3:30 and we were not given a key to the cabin because it was not ready. We went grocery shopping and came back to the office to pick up the key. Was annoying since the cabin was 20 minutes away and the grocery store was right on the way to the cabin, making us back track to go pick up the key.

Very nice private cabin. Clean. The fireplace didn't work. Needed hair dryer & pot holders. Difficult to find in the dark. Enjoyed our stay.

We love staying in your cabin...it is secluded up in the woods. We stayed in the Cubs den both times we came down. We will definately be back. The cabin was very clean. The staff were very nice. We will be back next year...might try a different cabin.

I think the customer service was exceptional, and the accommodations were everything I hoped they would be. The drive up the hill to the cabin was a little menacing, but we got used to it after the first couple days.

The only issue we had was we stayed in cubs den and the tv on the back porch did not work. And we did not learn that for the free wireless Internet you need to get a box at office. Maybe that should be asked if wanted when checking in if at a cabin where that is needed. We are looking forward to another trip later in the year.
