This cabin is pet friendly for a pet no larger than 50 pounds with a $65 non-refundable pet fee. Wilderness Creek, represented by a #3 in the highlighted portion of the map, features a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, a full bath with shower/tub combo, a gas fireplace, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor hot tub on a beautiful deck overlooking a small mountain stream. The relaxing atmosphere of this cabin and its many amenities make it perfect for your next getaway. You will have access to a community game room with a pool table, ping pong table, game table, foosball, electronic darts, and a washer and dryer. There is a refrigerator and microwave and 2 large flat screen TVs for your enjoyment. Outside there is a large open fire pit near the rushing water.

The office staff was fantastic; very friendly & helpful. The cabin was perfect for 2 people. The hot tub felt amazing after riding the motorcycle all day. I even saw a bear across the creek from the cabin. The only suggestions are: could use a throw for sitting out in the rocking chairs.

The bed sunk down in the middle and was hard to sleep on. Also, there were no extra blankets anywhere. That would have been nice.

The cabin was clean and rustic . Enjoyed the sound of the stream and sitting in the hot tub. Very comfortable. But, improvements below need to be addressed. *Fireplace didn’t completely light up. Only half and very little flame. *Hot Tub cover definitely needs replaced. Water logged. Weighs 200 lbs without exaggeration. My wife and I almost left it off for our 3 night stay. * clubhouse needs maintenance. There were no balls for the foosball table. There was no ping pong table which was disappointing. Also, did not see any electronic darts.

Cleanliness wasn’t as good as expected. The mattress seemed old and dipped in the middle. One of the chairs on the porch is broken. Corners needed attention in the cabin. Windows dirty. We loved the sounds of the creek and the birds. Would have loved access to the creek. Pool?? We loved driving through the mountains.

The cabin was nice. My main complaint is that the website is very misleading. It looks like the game room is part of the cabin. It also looks like the large fire pit and Adirondack chairs are part of the cabin. I don’t see anywhere that says those are in a separate area. This is misleading in my opinion.

We have stayed in the cabin many times and notice the little upgrades to the cabin especially getting rid ofDirect TV! Fireplace was not working right and a person came over that night. Another person came the next day and resolved the issue.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. However this time, the cabin was not as clean. Bedroom was very dusty, floors did not feel clean. We’re pretty sure the bed sheets were not clean as well. The hot tub jets only work on half the hot tub. This will not stop us from staying here again. But maybe up the cleaning game just a tad.

Check in was easy. Finding the cabin was easy but we were somewhat familiar with the area as well. Unit, facilities, and items in the cabin were very nice. We enjoyed the quietness, the creek, and relaxing in the cabin. Everything worked well. We loved the privacy of the cabin. There could be a little more lighting around the back of the cabin. It was dark to us in the back even with the lighting present. The bedroom floor vent was loose and moved when we stepped through the area in the bedroom but not a biggie. The keyless entry was nice. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed it!!!! Thanks for letting us stay.

We loved our little cabin! My daughter said a little mattress in the loft with a side table would have been even better. We used an air mattress and it worked fine! Easy booking and checkin. Super nice people who work there! Can't wait to come back and stay again 💕

The cabin was very secluded and we were very happy with that. The inside and out was very clean. We were very comfortable felt at home for the 4 days we were there. Really love the jacuzzi that was the best part and we basically lived in it lol definitely be coming back.

We been using Parkside since 2009. Each time was absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever perfect in this world but you guys make it easy to decide to come back. The cabins have been easy to find, they are secure and safe. There is no complaints from us, we already have reservations for next time.

Wonderful! The cabin was small but had excellent amenities. The space felt clean and was very calm and enjoyable. The pictures online for wilderness creek also showed the game room cabin and fire area, so it was a bit misleading in that I had thought that all of that space was just for that cabin. But overall it was a very enjoyable stay and we would consider it again

I absolutely loved the stay. It rained about the whole time I was there so i wasn't able to go out much so I mostly stayed in the cabin. When I got there it was sparkly clean and it was homey. Hearing the rain hit the tin roof was really nice. And the privacy on the porch was great with the creek view. Also it was next to a cabin but it was still peaceful..I was very relaxed my whole stay and its hard for me to relax. The only thing I would change is they need to turn the hot tub on when they clean, only because it takes so long to heat up

We really like Wilderness Creek cottage. We have stayed there three times. Secluded and on the stream. Great layout. Only issue was the AC floor vent grates were loose and caused a tripping hazard. Would suggest a sensor light for the porch.

My sons loved the hot tub, the loft area and the creek the most. We definitely felt like we were at home away from home. The only issue we had was our invasion of ants but the boys had fun catching them and releasing them by the creek.

If we had any issues they were taken care of swiftly and efficiently. We even received a refund for having to leave a day earlier than expected because of a family emergency at home. We will always stay at Parkside in the Smoky's.

Everything was excellent, no problems. Office was easy to find staff was friendly and cabin was spotless. Only complaint would be access to the stream behind the cabin,but I love the way it was kept natural.

Overall it was a great one day getaway for my husband and I. The only thing that I wish would have been different is how far the cabin was from downtown Gatlinburg. I wasn't aware that it would take us an extra 30 min from Gatlinburg to get to our cabin.

Great time in the cabin. Enjoyed the goodie bag upon arrival. The directions on the paper were a little confusing since we arrived after dark, but we figured it out. Good costumer service with the hot tub issues we had. Had some problems with the plumbing, but we understand the issues that might arise with a small cabin like that. Overall wonderful. Thanks for everything.

Overall, a wonderful stay. Customer service was great! Cabin was clean and cozy. The only negative was the lack of wifi and cell reception but we know that's not the cabins rental management fault. Would definitely stay again with Parkside Cabin Rentals.

It was overall a pleasant experience, really like the free parking passes and aquarium discounts....only draw back was the wifi and small bed .... Will definately be staying with parkside again..

Nice staff. Clean cute and relaxing cabin. It would be 5 stars if of the internet was more stable and the cooking utensils weren't so worn out. $10 bucks at the dollar tree every once in a while wouldn't hurt. Sorry. Other than that we really enjoyed our time there and would recommend to friends. Thank you.

The cabin was awesome. It was clean, it was quiet, the hot tub came in handy, we used it every day. The location was just what we were looking for, away from the crowd. The only disappointment was that the WIFI did not work (the signal was not even strong enough to check our emails). We would definitely recommend to friends and stay again ourselves.

The online booking was smooth and trouble free. Check in and check out equally easy. However cell reception basically non existent at the cabin but that's not necessarily bad. The wifi was in and out but that wasn't unexpected either. The cabin was just great and I would rent it again.

The overall stay and cabin was every nice loved it and would return, the only cons I would report is, there was only one roll of toilet paper and we ran out, and there was rat droppings in the bathroom floor. I know the winter weather will bring them in, might want to set some traps and stock up the toiletries, other then that wonderful. Thank you.

Really liked the cabin and location. Glad it was pet friendly. Will rent it again. Suggest stocking candles as power did go off several times the one night when a storm went through. Direct TV was not working right the entire stay. It kept saying to reset box. Picture would get scrambled and no sound sporadically even on two clear nights.

The cabin was very clean and well kept. The staff at registration were so nice and friendly. The parking passes and the Ripley pass was greatly appreciated as we were on a budget for the trip. Thanks for giving us such a nice place to stay!

A very enjoyable experience, very easy checkin and checkout, the free parking in Gatlinburg was great, the cabin location was quiet with a great mountain feel yet close enough to the action.

The cabin was nice. Cabins are very close to each other however but it was quiet though. Decks and hot tubs are not private. Wifi did not work almost the entire week that we were there though even though it was reported. It was very poor connection.

Check In and out was easy. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Loved that you had Galaga in the game room. Game room was a easy walk from cabin and pretty well maintained. Views from front porch are great.
