The Smoky Mountains are home to the Music of the Mountains Festival celebrating the heritage of music in this southern section of the Appalachian Mountains. Started in 2005, this event is enjoyed by people of all ages from near and far. “The Good Times Ceilidh Band” will be providing Celtic music at the Smoky Mountain Heritage Center in Townsend, TN. Townsend is a small Smoky Mountain town located near Gatlinburg, Tennessee. In addition to the music, you can see some Smoky Mountain artwork the Townsend Artisan's Guild on April 20 for Art on the Porch.
Parkside Cabin Rentals has your place to stay for all Smoky Mountain music provided at the festival. Located in Gatlinburg, these cabins are the picture of luxury. Ranging from one to nine bedrooms and featuring amenities like theatre rooms and pool table, these cabins are worth the trip alone. What could be finer this April, then some time in the luxurious Parkside Cabins and a little Smoky Mountain Music?
