You must cancel 14 days prior to your reservation date to receive a refund minus a $25.00 charge on all cancellations. (No exceptions) If you are arriving after office hours please try and let us know before your check in date so we can make arrangements. If you arrive after hours and cannot find your cabin there will be no refund given back. Payment is due in full at check-in. No personal checks accepted at checkin.

Please check out promptly so the unit can be cleaned for next guest. There is a $20.00 fee for every half hour you are late.

No discounts on holidays, and the months on July and October. We look forward to having you stay with us. If you have any questions don't hesitate to call us.
